YouTrip x giga! Instagram Contest 2019

YouTrip x giga! Instagram Contest (“Contest”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and constitutes your contract with YouTrip (Singapore) Pte Ltd, or its related subsidiaries and affiliates (“YouTrip”):

1. Contest Period
   
   1. The Contest will be conducted from 9th October 2019 (00:00 SGT) to 13th October 2019 (23:59 SGT)  (“Contest Period”).
   2. The Winner selection period for the Reward will be from 14th October 2019 (00:00 SGT) to 15th October 2019 (23:59 SGT) (“Winner Selection Period”). The draw will be conducted on a collated list of all contest submissions by electronic ballot. The Winners will be announced as a comment on post by 15th October 2019 (23:59 SGT). 
2. Eligibility
   
   1. To be eligible for participation of the Contest, the Participant (“Eligible Participant”) should meet the following conditions:
      
      1. A Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally residing in the Republic of Singapore.
      2. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliate agencies are not eligible for the redemption of Rewards associated to this Contest. YouTrip reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole discretion.
   2. To be eligible for the Reward, the Participant should meet the following conditions:
      
      1. Successfully completed all Contest submission requirements stated in the Contest Post: ( i ) Count the number of travellers on their mobile phones in Instagram Post; ( ii ) Comment with answer and tag 2 Instagram friends
      2. Met all requirements as an Eligible Participant before Participating in the Contest.
3. Reward
   
   1. Five (5) Winners (“Winner/s“) will be randomly selected through an electronic ballot during the Winner Selection Period. 
   2. Each Winner is entitled to receive one (1) Reward only, consisting of one (1) free one-month giga (“Merchant“) account worth 25GB  (“Reward“). Winners are to redeem the Reward through a unique promo-code issued by YouTrip via email upon verification.
   3. YouTrip is not an agent of the Merchant supplying the Reward and makes no representation as to the quality, performance of the Reward, and the services provided by the Merchant. The Reward is subject to the Merchant’s terms and conditions. Any dispute about quality, performance of the Reward, and services provided by the Merchant must be resolved directly with the Merchant. 
      
   4. The Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part. No compensation, refunds, or alternative will be offered due to a Winner’s inability or refusal to claim the Reward. 
4. No fraud or violation of terms
   
   1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by YouTrip, activities related to this Contest. Such activities include but is not limited to fraudulent account details, account set up using third party’s information without consent, and other malicious actions.
5. No refunds and rights to clawback
   
   1. Rewards granted under this Contest is non-refundable in any forms including cash, or any other item and under any circumstances including YouTrip account closure, suspense, loss, and expiry. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct from the account balance of the user or request for reimbursement payment for the relevant awards granted due to fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate activities as described in Clause 4.
6. Change of Terms and Termination
   
   1. YouTrip reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Contest or terminate this Contest any time without prior notification.
7. Acceptance of Terms
   
   1. By participating in this Contest, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:
      
      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications according to our Privacy Policy as disclosed in www.you.co.
      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co.
8. Governing Law
   
   1. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
