On Friday evenings, Saturday mornings, school holidays and long weekends, the Causeway can add 1 to 3 hours of queue time. SBS 170, 170X, 160 and SMRT 950 also charge S$2.50 from their respective Singapore terminals. Causeway Link buses are flat S$5. For day-trippers heading to JB, the standard cross-border buses are what’s available. If you want comfort over cost, the KTM train from Woodlands to JB Sentral is the upgrade pick at S$5 one-way.

Q: Can I take a bus from Changi Airport directly to JB?
No direct cross-border bus from Changi Airport.
