Transactions cannot be disputed <strong>after 45 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 Indicate whether your card was in possession when the transaction happened or if it was lost or stolen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5\ufe0f\u20e3 Do note that Apple Pay\/Google Pay wallet transactions are unlikely to be done without your authorisation and are <strong>less likely to be eligible for chargeback<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;If you acknowledge this, click<strong> \u2018Understood. SMS OTPs are only used when setting up your YouTrip card on <a href=\"https:\/\/support.you.co\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/21648929993241-How-do-I-add-my-YouTrip-card-to-Apple-Pay-and-Google-Pay\">Apple Pay and Google Pay<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2\ufe0f\u20e3<\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong>YouTrip SMSes will never include any links<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udc49 <\/strong>Note that SMSes by YouTrip will always be by \u2018YouTrip\u2019.
