These include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Top-ups done via <strong>PayNow and Linked Bank Account (eGIRO)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reversals from transactions using PayNow or Linked Bank Account top-ups&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispute Credit or Dispute Resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchant refunds&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance Cashback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>YouTrip Surprise Cashback<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>YouTrip Perks Cashback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*Transfers are limited to the list above. All other balances, including card top-ups via debit and credit cards, cannot be withdrawn.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Things to note:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank withdrawals can only be facilitated in <strong>SGD<\/strong>. If you wish to withdraw in other currencies, you\u2019ll have to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.you.co\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360000605494-How-do-I-exchange-currencies-in-the-YouTrip-app\">exchange it back to SGD first<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a limit of <strong>10 bank withdrawals per calendar month<\/strong>. If you wish to make more than 10 bank withdrawals, you\u2019ll have to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.you.co\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/33980799175065-Is-my-YouTrip-balance-refundable\">request for a refund<\/a> instead.
