We’ve got great news: The stock and flow cap for e-wallets have now been revised and we’re the first to unlock your wallet limits to the max \u2014 just for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that your YouTrip wallet can now hold up to S$20,000 at any one point in time <\/strong>AND <\/em>you can spend up to S$100,000<\/strong> annually, as compared to the previous limit of S$5,000 and S$30,000, respectively. Woah, now that\u2019s<\/em> an impressive new change in your wallet. With an increase in wallet limits, you can now spend more (responsibly) and lock in even more with the best rates all day (especially if you\u2019ve been eyeing the JPY rates<\/a> \u2018cause guilty, us too)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with our revised limits, we are introducing the following security measures designed to keep your account safe: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\ufe0f\u20e3 Dedicated fraud reporting email:<\/strong> If you suspect that you\u2019ve been a victim of fraud or scam, you can email our dedicated fraud reporting email with details at fraud-reporting@you.co<\/strong><\/a>. Our 24\/7 Customer Service team will be able to assist you from here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\ufe0f\u20e3 Kill Switch:<\/strong> The Kill Switch is a strong defence mechanism that allows you to immediately suspend your YouTrip account – this means all parties, including you<\/strong> will be completely cut off from all<\/strong> YouTrip app and card access, which in turn effectively stops all new online and offline transactions, as well as logins. If you suspect that your phone or YouTrip account has been compromised, you may activate the Kill Switch immediately by calling our Customer Service team at +65 6904 9334<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\ufe0f\u20e3 12-hour cooling-off period when your account is logged in on a new device:<\/strong> This added measure is to ensure that any new device is recognised as a trusted device before anyone is able to update your personal information like mobile number and email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\ufe0f\u20e3 Additional authentication for contact details changes:<\/strong> Should you wish to change your email address or mobile number, additional authentication will be required as an extra security precaution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5\ufe0f\u20e3 New limit for YouTrip Send:<\/strong> To minimise potential losses from unauthorised transfers, there will be a cap of S$1,000 set for each Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transfer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd14 What steps should I take if I suspect that I\u2019m a victim of fraud or scam?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\ufe0f\u20e3 Lock your physical\/virtual card via your YouTrip app<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\ufe0f\u20e3 Change your App PIN & password of your email account if someone has access to that email account<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\ufe0f\u20e3 Email & report your case to fraud-reporting@you.co<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\ufe0f\u20e3 If you wish to stop any new transactions from happening and immediately suspend your YouTrip account, you can activate the Kill Switch by calling +65 6904 9334<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5\ufe0f\u20e3 Make a local police report here<\/a> if your card is lost, stolen, or being used fraudulently<\/p>\n\n\n\n
