While they may not be as tightly scripted (debatable<\/em>) or well-funded (also debatable<\/em>), there is a certain nostalgic comfort that comes with watching these feel-good and slightly predictable soap operas \u2014 especially when reality has brought us enough twists and turns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
