Top ups made via PayNow, Visa debit cards and Mastercard credit and debit cards will continue to be free. Read on to find out more about this service fee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why are we implementing a service fee for Visa credit card top-ups?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re applying a 1.5% service fee to cover the cost of transactions for YouTrip top-ups made using Visa credit cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This upcoming service fee is an update to our previous announcement on 1 July of a S$1 service fee for YouTrip top-ups made using Visa credit cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What about Visa debit cards?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For the convenience of users without non-Visa alternatives, top-ups made with&nbsp;<strong>Visa debit cards will not be subject to this service fee<\/strong>, and will continue to be free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How else can I avoid this service fee?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>All other available top-up methods will continue to be free, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/blog\/youtrip-paynow\/\" target=\"_blank\">PayNow<\/a><\/li><li>Visa debit cards<\/li><li>Mastercard debit or credit cards<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>To avoid the service fee, you can change your default top-up method on the app before 20 December 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Facing trouble changing your top-up method?
