Now, you\u2019ll be able to look up a previous payment in seconds, simply by searching any of these fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Merchant Name<\/li><li>Location<\/li><li>Currency Code<\/li><li>Amount<\/li><li>Date<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How Do I Use This New Transaction Search? \ud83e\udd29<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>First, you\u2019ll need to make sure that you\u2019ve updated the YouTrip app to the latest version. Let\u2019s use an example of a transaction here \u2013 a payment of <strong>RM29.90 <\/strong>to<strong> Watson\u2019s <\/strong>at<strong> Mid Valley Southkey <\/strong>in<strong> Johor Bahru <\/strong>on<strong> 13 March 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is what that transaction record would look like on your YouTrip app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/Screenshot-2020-08-31-at-12.01.05-PM-600x181-1.png\" alt=\"YouTrip Transaction Search History\" class=\"wp-image-22643\" width=\"300\" height=\"91\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For whatever reason, you\u2019re suddenly curious about how much you spent during that particular shopping trip. But of course, who\u2019s got the time to scroll for an eternity looking for this particular transaction among all the others you\u2019ve made since? Here\u2019s how you can search for it instead:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since you know the transaction was made at Watson\u2019s in Johor Bahru, you can type the <strong>Merchant Name<\/strong> \u201cWatson\u2019s\u201d in the search bar to see all transactions you&#8217;ve ever made in Watson&#8217;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/transaction-search-3.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22663\" width=\"209\" height=\"419\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>But if it&#8217;s not a recent transaction and you&#8217;ve already made a bunch of other Watson&#8217;s purchase after that, this search will bring up all your Watson&#8217;s transactions you&#8217;ve made around the world (globetrotter problems, I know). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When tracking your lifetime Watson&#8217;s purchases, this will be just the search result you&#8217;ll need. However, if you wish to narrow your search further, you could also search with two or more fields, such as <strong>Location and Date<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/Input-date-location-600x1299-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22649\" width=\"300\" height=\"155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/Input-date-location-600x1299-1.png 600w, https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/Input-date-location-600x1299-1-300x155.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tada! In seconds, you\u2019ll find exactly what you need. Go ahead and try it out with other field pairings across <strong>Merchant Name, Location, Currency Code, Amount, and Date<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wait, I Can&#8217;t Find My Transactions! \ud83d\ude23<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>However, keep in mind that location searches would only work for merchants that include the location in their transaction records.
