Founded in 1960, the chef and his brand has gone on to bag many accolades, including the Taiwan Best 100 Award for their signature Dajia Baked Taro Pastry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s also said that \u963f\u806a\u5e08 (O-Nong) is the original creator of the Taiwan taro pastry that features the soft taro filling with a crispy crust!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
