If you have travel bookings refunded to your YouTrip account due to COVID-19, we’ll process them back to your bank card without any administrative fees.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s no secret that the COVID-19 pandemic has almost overnight turned the way we live our daily lives on its head. And it\u2019s safe to say that travel is something that probably isn\u2019t on people\u2019s minds right now.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, if you\u2019re one of the many who have had to shelve their travel plans due to the outbreak, we know that the process of getting refunds back can prove to be another headache in and of itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why we want to do things a little differently.<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may already know that we typically don\u2019t support local cash withdrawals as your YouTrip card is meant for overseas spending. However, with travel obviously not on the agenda for the time being, we\u2019d like to update that policy.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve received refunds for cancelled flights, accommodations or other travel disruptions caused by the pandemic back into your YouTrip account and wish to have that amount refunded back to your registered bank card, we\u2019ll process the request for you without any administrative fee.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just submit your refund requests to our Customer Experience team at customer@you.co<\/span><\/a> with the following information and we\u2019ll take care of the rest.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Proof of cancelled flights\/accommodation\/travel arrangements<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Refund amount that you\u2019ve received from merchants<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Last 4 digits and expiry date of the bank card used to top up your YouTrip account (for verification purpose)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Of course, you may choose to continue using your YouTrip card in Singapore for both online and offline payments. All YouTrip cards are also automatically enabled for use on public transport<\/span>.
    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We hope that making this process as fuss-free an experience for you as possible can give you one less thing to worry about.
