style=\"font-weight: 400\">The JKook Lookalike Contest (the \u201c<\/span><b>Campaign<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) is organised by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd <\/span><b>(&#8220;YouTrip&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221;, &#8220;our&#8221;) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and offers eligible participants the opportunity to win cash prizes by participating in a JKook lookalike contest. Eligible voters may also stand a chance to win flights to Korea through a lucky draw, while attendees may participate in on-site activities for a chance to win additional prizes<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Campaign will take place on 12 November 2026 (the \u201c<\/span><b>Event<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d). The online contest registration and voting period will take place from <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">29 October<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 2026 to 5 November 2026, while voter registration for the Event will close on 10 November 2026.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These terms and conditions (the \u201c<\/span><b>Terms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, \u201c<\/span><b>we<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, \u201c<\/span><b>us<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d, \u201c<\/span><b>our<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/p><p><b>Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To take part in the Campaign and qualify for the relevant rewards, you must meet the eligibility requirements for the respective activities as set out below.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>JKook Lookalike Contest Participants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: You must have an active YouTrip account, successfully register for the contest through the designated registration form, and meet the contest requirements set out in these Terms.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Voters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Voting is open to the public through the designated voting site and is subject to the voting rules in these Terms. Voting alone does not qualify you for any prize.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Event Attendees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: You must successfully register for the Event and meet the applicable requirements for participation in on-site activities. Event registration is open to the public. Only registered attendees who attend the Event are eligible for the lucky draw in section 2.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or any other terms that apply to their YouTrip account.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Employees and\/or contractors of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.<\/span><\/p><p><b>How do I participate in the Campaign?<\/b><\/p><p><strong>1. JKook Lookalike Contest<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate in the JKook Lookalike Contest, eligible participants must:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Complete and submit the designated contest registration form by 3 November 2026.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Provide their Y-number, Instagram handle and two photographs as required by the registration form.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ensure that all information and photographs submitted are accurate and comply with the requirements communicated by YouTrip.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participate in the online voting and selection process, where applicable, and attend the Event on 12 November 2026 if selected as a top ten finalist.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following the registration period, the Top 20 contestants will be revealed on YouTrip&#8217;s designated social media channels. The public may vote for their preferred contestants through the designated Instagram post by leaving comments in accordance with the voting instructions provided by YouTrip.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Top 10 contestants with the highest number of eligible votes will be selected to participate in the live JKook Lookalike Contest at the Event. The Top 10 will be announced on YouTrip&#8217;s designated social media channels on or around 5 November 2026.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Top 10 finalists must attend the Event and participate in the live contest to remain eligible for the contest prizes. During the live contest, attendees will vote for their preferred contestants in accordance with the voting instructions announced at the Event. Contestants will progress through the elimination rounds, with the final winner and runners-up determined based on the final voting results and the contest mechanics communicated by YouTrip.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The following cash prizes will be awarded to the top three winners:<\/span><\/p><p><b>First Prize<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: S$5,000<\/span><\/p><p><b>Second Prize<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: S$3,000<\/span><\/p><p><b>Third Prize<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: S$1,000<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The results of the contest, as determined in accordance with the applicable voting mechanics, shall be final, subject to applicable laws.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to exclude votes that are invalid, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise obtained in breach of these Terms<\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"font-style: inherit\">2. Event Registration and Lucky Draw<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate in the Event lucky draw, eligible participants must:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Complete and submit the designated Event registration form by 10 November 2026 to RSVP for the Event.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Provide the required information, including their Y-number where requested.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Attend the Event and complete any additional verification or participation requirements communicated by YouTrip, where applicable.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Registered Event attendees who fulfil the applicable requirements will stand a chance to win flights to Korea through a lucky draw.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants who register with eligible family members and provide the required Y-number(s) may receive additional lucky draw entries, subject to the eligibility requirements and mechanics specified in the Event registration form.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The lucky draw will be conducted on 12 November 2026. The number of winners, flight prize details, winner notification process and any additional conditions will be communicated by YouTrip.<\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"font-style: inherit\">3. Event Attendance and On-site Activities<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eligible attendees may participate in the activities organised during the Event on 12 November 2026, subject to the relevant activity requirements and availability.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All registered attendees must verify their Y-number at the entrance to the Event. Each registered Y-number is entitled to one (1) drink and two (2) bar snacks, subject to availability and any additional conditions communicated by YouTrip.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eligible attendees may also participate in the K-pop trivia quiz scheduled during the Event. The winner of the quiz will receive a pair of flights to KoreaThe winner is the attendee with the highest score. Any tie will be decided by a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">skill-based tie-breaker, or a further question with the closest answer winning<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, not by chance. The prize is subject to the flight prize conditions in these Terms.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The quiz format, scoring method, tie-breaker arrangements, if any, and any additional prizes for runners-up will be communicated by YouTrip at the Event or through its designated channels.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participation in the Event and its activities is subject to the instructions provided by the event organisers. YouTrip reserves the right to modify the Event programme or activities where necessary.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Reward Fulfilment<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All winners must provide the information reasonably required by YouTrip to verify their eligibility and facilitate the fulfilment of their respective prizes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prizes will be awarded by 12 December 2026.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any winner before awarding a prize. If a winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted within <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 week of reaching out<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, or fails to meet the applicable requirements, YouTrip reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner where applicable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated by YouTrip or required by applicable law.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We will decide the airline and the other redemption details, and the Flight Prize must be redeemed through our appointed travel partner. After the Announcement Date, we will send the winners the travel partner&#8217;s contact details along with the rest of the details of their Flight Prize, including the redemption period and any travel blackout dates. It is the responsibility of the Flight Prize winners to contact the travel partner and complete their booking within the redemption period. The Flight Prize winners need to follow all restrictions that apply to their Flight Prize, including any blackout dates.<\/span><\/p><p><b>What else should I know?<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip&#8217;s General Terms and Conditions, available at www.you.co.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated by YouTrip or required by applicable law.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to refuse, withhold or reclaim any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms. This includes the use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fraudulent registrations, manipulated votes or any other dishonest conduct.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to verify any participant&#8217;s eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the requirements of the Campaign or is found to have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, our affiliates and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number. We may request your Y-number for verification purposes only.
