Three (3) winning Splits will be selected after the Campaign Period closes, and the value of each winning Split will be refunded, up to a maximum of S$5,000 per winning Split (the <\/span><b>&#8220;Trip Refund&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Campaign runs from 17 September 2026 to 14 October 2026 (the <\/span><b>&#8220;Campaign Period&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">). We may extend, change, or end the Campaign at any time at our discretion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These terms and conditions (the <\/span><b>&#8220;Terms&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (<\/span><b>&#8220;YouTrip&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>&#8220;we&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>&#8220;us&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>&#8220;our&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/p><p><b>Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To take part in the Campaign and qualify for the Trip Refund, you (as the creator of a Split) must have an active YouTrip account in good standing, and must not be an employee and\/or contractor of YouTrip and its affiliates (an \u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Participant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Other members included in a Split are required to be YouTrip account holders. All members included in a Split count towards the minimum of three (3) people required to qualify.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify you if we find you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account.<\/span><\/p><p><b>How do I participate in the Campaign?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conditions to earn entries into the draw (<\/span><b>&#8220;Conditions&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">):<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tap on the Promo banner on your YouTrip app homepage and click &#8216;Join now&#8217; to opt in; then<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Create a YouTrip Group Split that includes at least three (3) people in total, including you as the creator, during the Campaign Period<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><b>How are entries earned?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Split that meets all the Conditions earns entries as follows:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One (1) entry for each person included in the Split, so that a Split that includes five (5) people earns five (5) entries;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entries are earned by the Split and are shared by all of its members. Entries are not earned individually and cannot be pooled, combined, or transferred between Splits; and<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There is no limit on the number of entries you may earn across multiple qualifying Splits during the Campaign Period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Split earns entries only where the Eligible Participant has opted in to the Campaign. Members of a Split who have not opted in still count towards the number of people included in that Split.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Only Splits created during the Campaign Period are eligible. A Split that is cancelled or reversed will not earn entries. We may exclude from the draw any Split that we reasonably believe was created for the purpose of earning entries rather than genuinely sharing a bill, including Splits between accounts under common control, Splits of nominal value, and Splits that are reversed or unwound after creation.<\/span><\/p><p><b>How are winners selected and notified?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Three (3) winning Splits will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 21 October 2026.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Winners will be contacted by email by 28 October 2026. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the date we first contact them, cannot be verified, or is found to be ineligible or disqualified, that Split\u2019s win is forfeited, and YouTrip is not required to select a replacement winner or pay any part of the Trip Refund.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our decision on the selection and verification of winners is final, and we are not obliged to enter into any correspondence about it.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Prize fulfilment for winners<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Trip Refund for each winning Split is the total value of the transactions underlying that winning Split (the <\/span><b>&#8220;Split Value&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">), up to a maximum of S$5,000 per winning Split. Where the Split Value exceeds S$5,000, the Trip Refund will be S$5,000. Where the Split Value is less than S$5,000, the Trip Refund will be the Split Value, and no additional amount is payable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The transactions underlying a winning Split must be genuine. If it is refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated, the value of that transaction will not count towards the Split Value or the Trip Refund. For the avoidance of doubt, a Split relating to a transaction made with any of the following Merchant Category Codes (<\/span><b>&#8220;MCC&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) is not eligible for the Trip Refund:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6381: Insurance \u2013 Premiums<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3429: Insurance Rent-A-Car<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5960: Direct Marketing Insurance Services<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Trip Refund will be credited as YouTrip credits to the YouTrip account of the Eligible Participant who created the winning Split by 14 November 2026. The Trip Refund is a promotional credit and is not a reversal or refund of the underlying transactions. Crediting is subject to your account remaining active and to any wallet or regulatory limit applying to it, and if a single credit would breach such a limit, we may credit the Trip Refund in installments. It is at the Eligible Participant\u2019s discretion to disburse the Trip Refund to the other members of the Split, if any, as they see fit.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip credits awarded under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An account may receive the benefit of only one (1) Trip Refund under this Campaign, even if the account created more than one winning Split.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>What else should I know?<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip&#8217;s General Terms and Conditions, available at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.you.co\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">www.you.co<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to refuse or claw back any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. This includes use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fake social media accounts, or any other dishonest conduct.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or other terms applicable to your account, you authorise us to deduct from your account an amount equal to any Trip Refund credited to your account under this Campaign.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, our affiliates, and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number.
