The Campaign lets eligible YouTrip account holders earn two (2) rewards on their spending on their YouTrip cards: (1) a cashback reward; and (2) the chance to win flight tickets to Japan!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Campaign runs from <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">19 August<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 2026 to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">15 September 2026, both dates inclusive<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (the &#8220;<\/span><b>Campaign Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;). We may extend, change, or end the Campaign at any time at our discretion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These terms and conditions (the &#8220;<\/span><b>Terms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (&#8220;<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>we<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>us<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>our<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><p><b>Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To take part in the Campaign and qualify for both the Cashback Reward and Flight Prize (\u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Participant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d), you must have an active YouTrip account in good standing, and must not be an employee and\/or contractor of YouTrip and its affiliates.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify you if we find you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account.<\/span><\/p><p><b>How do I participate in the Campaign?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To earn the Cashback Reward and Flight Prize, you must: :<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tap on the Promo banner on your YouTrip app homepage and click &#8216;Join now&#8217; to opt in; AND then<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spend at least S$400 (or the equivalent in any other currency) (your &#8220;<\/span><b>Qualifying Transactions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) on your YouTrip card during the Campaign Period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(collectively, the \u201c<\/span><b>Conditions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your Qualifying Transactions must be genuine &#8211; any transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated will not count towards your total. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions made with the following Merchant Category Codes (\u201cMCC\u201d) shall not count towards the Qualifying Transactions and shall not be eligible for the Cashback Reward:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6381: Insurance \u2013 Premiums<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3429: Insurance Rent-A-Car<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5960: Direct Marketing Insurance Services<\/span><\/p><p><b>[Cashback Reward]<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Simply be among <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the first 3,038 Eligible Participants<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to meet all the Conditions above to receive 3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">%<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> cashback on your cumulative spend during the Campaign Period, capped at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">S$12 (the \u201c<\/span><b>Cashback Reward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Your cashback will be automatically credited to your YouTrip wallet by 15 October 2026. The cashback is yours personally and cannot be transferred to another YouTrip wallet or account.<\/span><\/p><p><b>[Flight Prize]<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> In addition to the Cashback Reward, eight (8) winners will also be randomly selected from all Eligible Participants who meet the Conditions above. Each winner will be rewarded with a pair of flight tickets to Japan (the \u201c<\/span><b>Flight Prize<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We will contact the Flight Prize winners by 15 October 2026 (the &#8220;<\/span><b>Announcement Date&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) using the contact details registered to their YouTrip account. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If we can&#8217;t reach the Flight Prize winners, or if they don&#8217;t respond within 14 days of us contacting them, we may forfeit the relevant Flight Prize(s) and select a replacement winner(s).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We will decide the airline and the other redemption details, and the Flight Prize must be redeemed through our appointed travel partner. After the Announcement Date, we will send the winners the travel partner&#8217;s contact details along with the rest of the details of their Flight Prize, including the redemption period and any travel blackout dates. It is the responsibility of the Flight Prize winners to contact the travel partner and complete their booking within the redemption period. The Flight Prize winners need to follow all restrictions that apply to their Flight Prize, including any blackout dates.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Flight Prize is capped at a total value of S$2,000 per pair of tickets. If the actual booking comes to more than S$2,000, the Flight Prize winners must cover the difference themselves, along with any other costs that are not part of the Flight Prize (for example, visas, travel insurance, baggage fees, seat selection, accommodation, and airport transfers). The Flight Prize can&#8217;t be exchanged for cash, and can&#8217;t be transferred to anyone else.<\/span><\/p><p><b>What else should I know?<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip&#8217;s General Terms and Conditions, available at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">www.you.co<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to refuse or claw back any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. This includes use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fake social media accounts, or any other dishonest conduct.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or other terms applicable to your account, you authorise us to deduct any cashback credited to your account as a result of this Campaign.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, our affiliates, and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number.
