Create a Child account during the Campaign Period to stand a chance to win a Helpling gift card valued at S$1,739.40, covering 26\u00a0 bi-weekly 3-hour Classic cleaning sessions (the &#8220;Reward&#8221;).\u00a0 Three (3) winners will be selected.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Campaign runs from 28 May to 30 Jun 2026 (the &#8220;<\/span><b>Campaign Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;). We may extend, change, or end the Campaign at any time at our discretion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These terms and conditions (the &#8220;<\/span><b>Terms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (&#8220;<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>we<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>us<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>our<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><p><b>Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To take part in the Campaign and qualify for the Reward (\u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Participant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d), you must have an active YouTrip account in good standing, and must not be an employee and\/or contractor of YouTrip and its affiliates.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify you if we find you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account.<\/span><\/p><p><b>How do I participate in the Campaign?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conditions to earn the Reward (\u201c<\/span><b>Conditions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d):<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tap on the Promo banner on your YouTrip app homepage and click &#8216;Join now&#8217; to opt in; then<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Create and successfully set up at least one (1) Child account during the Campaign Period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all Eligible Participants who meet the Conditions above. Each winner\u00a0 will receive a Helpling gift card valued at S$1,739.40, which covers 26 bi-weekly 3-hour Classic cleaning sessions. The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Winners will be notified by 14 July 2026, and the gift cards will be issued by 30 July 2026. To redeem the Reward, Winners will need to create a Helpling account. More details on the redemption instructions will be provided via email. The Reward is personal to the Winner and is non-transferrable.<\/span><\/p><p><b>What else should I know?<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip&#8217;s General Terms and Conditions, available at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">www.you.co<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to refuse or claw back any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. This includes use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fake social media accounts, or any other dishonest conduct.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or other terms applicable to your account, you authorise us to deduct any cashback credited to your account as a result of this Campaign.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, our affiliates, and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number.
