A total of eight (8) prizes are available, with three (3) ways to participate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Campaign runs from 7 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (the &#8220;Campaign Period&#8221;). We may extend, change, or end the Campaign at any time at our discretion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These terms and conditions (the &#8220;Terms&#8221;) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (&#8220;YouTrip&#8221;, &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221;, &#8220;our&#8221;).<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To take part in the Campaign, you must have an active YouTrip account in good standing, and must not be an employee and\/or contractor of YouTrip and its affiliates.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify you if we find you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>How do I participate in the Campaign?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There are three (3) ways to participate. You may participate in more than one, provided you meet the relevant conditions.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>1. New User Sign-Up Draw (5 winners)<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To enter the New User Sign-Up Draw, you must:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Be a new YouTrip user who creates a YouTrip account during the Campaign Period; and<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Enter the promo code YTRAVELFUND during sign-up.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(Collectively, the \u201cNew User Sign-up Draw Conditions\u201d)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible new users who meet the above New User Sign-up Draw Conditions. Each winner will receive S$8,000 in YouTrip credits.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2. Existing User Spend Draw + Cashback Reward (2 winners)<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To enter the Existing User Spend Draw and earn the Cashback Reward :<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Be an existing YouTrip user at the start of the Campaign Period; and<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tap on the Promo banner on your YouTrip app homepage and click &#8216;Join now&#8217; to opt in; and then<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spend at least <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">S$400 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">using your YouTrip account during the Campaign Period (your &#8220;Qualifying Transactions&#8221;).<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(Collectively, the \u201cExisting User Spend Draw Conditions\u201d)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Both point-of-sale (POS) and online transactions are eligible. ATM withdrawals and other non-card transactions will not count towards the Qualifying Transactions. Your Qualifying Transactions must be genuine \u2014 any transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated will not be counted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions made with the following Merchant Category Codes (&#8220;MCC&#8221;) shall not count towards the Qualifying Transactions and shall not be eligible for the cashback reward:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6381: Insurance \u2013 Premiums<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3429: Insurance Rent-A-Car<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5960: Direct Marketing Insurance Services<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are among the <\/span><b>first 4,500 eligible participants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to meet all the Existing User Spend Draw Conditions above, you will receive 3% cashback reward on your cumulative qualifying spend during the Campaign Period, capped at <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">S$12<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Your cashback will be automatically credited to your YouTrip wallet by <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">30 July 2026<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The cashback is yours personally and cannot be transferred to another YouTrip wallet or account.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In addition to the cashback reward above for existing users, two (2) winners will also be randomly selected from all eligible existing users who meet the above Existing User Spend Draw Conditions. Each winner will receive S$8,000 in YouTrip credits.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>3. The winner will receive S$8,000 in YouTrip credits.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prize fulfilment for all winners<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message or email by <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">15 July 2026<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> with instructions on how to claim their prize. Any winner who fails to respond by the stipulated deadline\u00a0 shall be deemed to have forfeited their prize, and YouTrip is not required to select a replacement winner.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip credits awarded as prizes will be credited into the winner&#8217;s YouTrip wallet, and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>What else should I know?<\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip&#8217;s General Terms and Conditions, available at www.you.co.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to refuse or claw back any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. This includes use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fake social media accounts, or any other dishonest conduct.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or other terms applicable to your account, you authorise us to deduct any cashback or credits awarded to your account as a result of this Campaign.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, our affiliates, and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number.
