(\u201cPromotion\u201d) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201cYouTrip\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (\u201cT&amp;Cs\u201d).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will be valid from 11 March 2026 to 26 April 2026 (\u201cPromotion Period\u201d).<\/li><li>The Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 26 May 2026.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate for the Promotion, a YouTrip account holder must fulfil the following conditions during the Promotion Period:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Exchange a minimum of <\/span><b>S$300<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Japanese Yen <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">from 11<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> March 2026, 4PM to 12 March 2026 4PM.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">From <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">13 March 2026<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, sign up for the Promotion by tapping on the Promo banner displayed on their YouTrip app homepage, and clicking the \u2018Join now\u2019 button (\u201cParticipant\u201d); and\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Make a minimum cumulative spend of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">18,500 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">JPY<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in physical retail transactions in-store at Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals using their YouTrip card within 45 days from <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">13 March 2026 to 26 April 2026<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (\u201cQualifying Transactions\u201d).<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Participant who fulfils the condition in Clause 2.2 above shall be deemed to be an \u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Awardee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Rewards under this Promotion.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Reward<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Under this Promotion, the first 4,000 Eligible Awardees are eligible to receive an S$8 cashback <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">each <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">on their total Qualifying Transactions, capped at S$8.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The first 4,000 Eligible Awardees will be identified based on the timestamp of when they fulfil all the eligibility criteria stated in Clause 2.2 above.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions made with the following Merchant Category Codes (\u201cMCC\u201d) shall not count towards the Qualifying Transactions and shall not be eligible for Rewards:<\/span><ol><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6381: Insurance \u2013 Premiums<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3429: Insurance Rent-A-Car<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5960: Direct Marketing Insurance Services<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled or otherwise invalidated will not count toward the minimum spend for the Reward.<\/li><li>The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip wallet by 26 May 2026.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any claims by an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Such conduct includes but is not limited to: the use of false or duplicate identities; the use of automation, bots, or scripted processes to participate in or manipulate the Promotion; artificially manipulating account settings, card linkages, or transaction routing in order to manufacture eligibility or inflate Qualifying Transactions; or any other conduct that YouTrip reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your full YouTrip card number.
