Spend at least RM1,500 in MYR during the Campaign Period to receive 3% cashback, capped at S$18 &#8211; available to the first 2,800 qualifying participants. The Campaign also includes a Social Giveaway where one (1) lucky participant can win S$1,000 in YouTrip credits for their next trip.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Campaign runs from 13 March 2026 to 6 April 2026 (the &#8220;<\/span><b>Campaign Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;). We may extend, change, or end the Campaign at any time at our discretion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These terms and conditions (the &#8220;<\/span><b>Terms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) set out what you need to know about the Campaign and govern the relationship between you (as a participant) and us, You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (&#8220;<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>we<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>us<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>our<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><p><b>Who is eligible to participate in the Campaign?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To take part in the Campaign and qualify for the Cashback Reward, you must have an active YouTrip account in good standing, and must not be an employee and\/or contractor of YouTrip and its affiliates.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our discretion and may disqualify you if we find you have breached these Terms or any other terms that apply to your account.<\/span><\/p><p><b>How do I participate in the Campaign?<\/b><\/p><p><b>Cashback Reward<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conditions to earn the Cashback Reward (\u201c<\/span><b>Conditions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d):<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tap on the Promo banner on your YouTrip app homepage and click &#8216;Join now&#8217; to opt in; then<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">spend at least RM1,500 in Malaysian Ringgit (your &#8220;<\/span><b>Qualifying Transactions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) using your YouTrip account during the Campaign Period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Only point-of-sale (POS) transactions are eligible; online transactions, ATM withdrawals, and other non-POS transactions will not count towards the Qualifying Transactions. Your Qualifying Transactions must be genuine &#8211; any transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated will not count towards your total. For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions made with the following Merchant Category Codes (\u201cMCC\u201d) shall not count towards the Qualifying Transactions and shall not be eligible for Rewards:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6381: Insurance \u2013 Premiums<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3429: Insurance Rent-A-Car<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5960: Direct Marketing Insurance Services<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are among the first 2,800 eligible participants to meet all the Conditions above, you&#8217;ll receive 3% cashback on your cumulative MYR spend during the Campaign Period, capped at S$18. Your cashback will be automatically credited to your YouTrip wallet by 6 May 2026. The cashback is yours personally and cannot be transferred to another YouTrip wallet or account.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Social Giveaway<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To enter the Social Giveaway for a chance to win S$1,000 in YouTrip credits, you need to complete all of the following steps on Instagram during the Campaign Period:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">follow @YouTripSG on Instagram;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">repost and like the designated pinned Social Giveaway post;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">share the designated Social Giveaway post on your Instagram Story and tag @YouTripSG; and<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tag a friend and comment how you\u2019d spend S$1,000 in JB on the designated Social Giveaway post.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One (1) winner will be randomly selected and announced on YouTrip&#8217;s Instagram page. The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message or email by 6 May 2026 with details on how to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond by the stipulated deadline, they will be considered to have forfeited the prize, and YouTrip is not required to select a replacement winner.<\/span><\/p><p><b>What else should I know?<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Your participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms as well as YouTrip&#8217;s General Terms and Conditions, available at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">www.you.co<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All rewards under this Campaign are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We reserve the right to refuse or claw back any rewards where we believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. This includes use of false or duplicate identities, bots, fake social media accounts, or any other dishonest conduct.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or other terms applicable to your account, you authorise us to deduct any cashback credited to your account as a result of this Campaign.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, our affiliates, and representatives will never ask you for your one-time password (OTP) or full card number.
