Stays and 2% Cashback Spend Campaign (\u201cPromotion\u201d) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201cYouTrip\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (\u201cT&amp;Cs\u201d).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will be valid from 12 November 2025 to 6 January 2026 (\u201cPromotion Period\u201d).<\/li><li>The Rewards (as defined below) will be credited and awarded by 6 February 2026.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate for the Promotion, a YouTrip account holder must fulfil the following conditions during the Promotion Period:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sign up for the Promotion by tapping on the Promo banner displayed on their YouTrip app homepage, and clicking the \u2018Join now\u2019 button (\u201cParticipant\u201d); and\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Make a minimum cumulative spend of <\/span><b>S$1,200<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in retail transactions in foreign currency equivalent using their YouTrip card (\u201cQualifying Transactions\u201d).<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Participant who fulfils the condition in Clause 2.2 above shall be deemed to be an \u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Awardee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Rewards under this Promotion.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Rewards<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Eligible Awardee is eligible for one or both of the following Rewards under the Promotion: <\/span><ol><li>2% Cashback Reward<ol><li>Receive 2% cashback on their total Qualifying Transactions, capped at S$30.<\/li><li>Limited to the first 2,500 Eligible Awardees on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the timestamp of when the Eligible Awardee fulfils Clause 2.2 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>100 Free Hotel Stays Giveaway (worth S$600)<ol><li>Receive a free hotel stay voucher worth S$600 from Trip.com (\u201cGiveaway Winner\u201d).<\/li><li>Limited to 100 winners who will be randomly selected from the pool of Eligible Awardees.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, any transactions made with the following Merchant Category Codes (\u201cMCC\u201d) shall not count towards the Qualifying Transactions and shall not be eligible for Rewards:<\/span><ol><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting and 400\">Transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled or otherwise invalidated will not count toward the minimum spend for the Rewards.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip wallet by 6 February 2026.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Giveaway Winners will be determined by 6 February 2026, and notified via email for prize verification and collection.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If a Giveaway Winner does not respond by the stipulated deadline in our notification email, the Giveaway Winner is deemed to have forfeited the prize and has irrevocably relinquished and waived all rights to claim it.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves all rights to manage unclaimed Rewards and shall not be obliged to select replacement winners for the unclaimed Rewards.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<br \/><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any claims by an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Such conduct includes but is not limited to: the use of false or duplicate identities, automation or bot use, misrepresentation of default card status, or any other malicious activity.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, its affiliates, and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your full YouTrip card number.
