campaigns\u00a0(each a \u201c<\/span><b>Campaign<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d)\u00a0run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) are subject to these terms and conditions (\u201c<\/span><b>T&amp;Cs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Campaign Period<ol><li>Each Campaign period (\u201cCampaign Period\u201c) will be indicated on the respective Campaign\u2019s social post.<\/li><li>The selection period for winning Participants (as defined below) (\u201cWinner\u201c) will be based on the date and time (\u201cSelection Period\u201c) stated on the respective Campaign\u2019s social post. Winners will be notified by the email and\/or the mobile number registered to their YouTrip account within three (3) to five (5) working days after the Campaign Period.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li>To qualify for eligibility, an individual (\u201cParticipant\u201d) must fulfil the following conditions:<ol><li>A YouTrip user who is also a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or legal resident (holding a valid work or student visa).<\/li><li>Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of Prizes (as defined below) for any Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any individual from participating in any Campaign.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>In addition to clause 2.1 above, a Participant must successfully complete all Campaign submission requirements stated on the respective social post within the respective Campaign Period.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Prizes<ol><li>The number of Winner(s) and Campaign\u2019s prize(s) (\u201cPrize\u201c) is determined and stated on each respective Campaign\u2019s social post.<\/li><li>Selection of the Winner will be based on each Campaign\u2019s respective submission requirements (which may be either criteria set out in clauses 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 below):<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><strong>Selection by Merit:<\/strong> Winners will be selected based on the quality of eligible submissions during the Selection Period.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip\u00a0 shall not be liable for a Winner\u2019s failure or inability to collect a Prize whether due to a Winner not receiving communications sent to the contact information provided or otherwise. To collect a Prize, Winners must respond to YouTrip within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact for verification. Each Prize will be distributed to the respective Winners within thirty (30) days after successful verification.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback any Prize granted or to be granted to a Winner in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but\u00a0 are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prizes granted under a Campaign are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of the Winner\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, a Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim a Prize.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to either seek reimbursement from a Winner or (where the Prize is in the form of credits) deduct the relevant amount from the account balance of the Winner which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by the Winner as described in clause 4 above.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate a Campaign at any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in a Campaign, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
