14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will commence from 14 May 2025 and will end on 9 June 2025 (<b>\u201cPromotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The announcement of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 9 July 2025.<\/span><\/li><li>The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 9 August 2025.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip user (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, the Participant must fulfil all of the following conditions to be an <strong>&#8220;Eligible Awardee&#8221;<\/strong>:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li>Follow us @YouTripSG on Instagram or on TikTok and like our pinned giveaway post on the respective platforms.\u00a0<\/li><li>Share in the comments what the Participant normally does in Johor Bahru (e.g. Favourite makan places, shopping hauls, massage spots and more)\u00a0<\/li><li>Tag 3 friends in the comment section and the Participant&#8217;s social media profile must be set to public for the duration of the campaign.<\/li><li>A bonus chance will be given if the Participant shares the giveaway post on their<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Instagram Story and tag us @YouTripSG or reposts the giveaway post on TikTok.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">One Eligible Awardee (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected either on Instagram or TikTok by YouTrip by 9 July 2025.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><p data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">The Eligible Awardee will receive S$3,000 in YouTrip credits (non-withdrawable), issued in place of a year&#8217;s worth of free petrol.<\/p><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><p data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of the awarding of the Reward.<\/p><\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to set the redemption period of the Reward. This will be made known to the Eligible Awardee upon announcement and award of the Reward.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><li>In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\">website<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
