Promotion (\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<\/span><b>T&amp;Cs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Promotion Period<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion will be valid from 18 June to 2 July 2025 (\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 9 July 2025.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Eligibility<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion is open to individuals who have downloaded the YouTrip app and registered for an account but have not completed the full sign-up process (\u201c<\/span><b>Participant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must fulfil the following conditions:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Participant must have received a direct invitation in the form of an email from YouTrip to participate in the Promotion. This direct invitation is non-transferable and only applicable to The Participant.<\/span><\/li><li>The Participant must complete their sign up with YouTrip during the Promotion Period.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Except for any employees of YouTrip and its affiliates, each Participant who fulfils the conditions set out in clause 2.2 of\u00a0 2. Eligibility shall be an \u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Awardee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Cashback Reward (as defined below).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Reward<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<\/span><b>Reward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Eligible Awardee will receive S$7 YouTrip credits, which will be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">automatically credited to the Eligible Awardee&#8217;s YouTrip wallet by 9 July 2025 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">after YouTrip has verified the authenticity of the users&#8217; details.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Successful participation of the Promotion, i.e. meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2.2 of 2. Eligibility, does not guarantee the Participant a Reward.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, its affiliates and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we need to verify your identity, we will ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 4.1 of No Fraud or Violation of Terms.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Change of Terms and Termination<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Acceptance of Terms<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
