(\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<\/span><b>T&amp;Cs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion will be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">valid <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">from 19 April 2025 to 11 May 2025 (\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d). <\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders (\u201c<\/span><b>Participants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants may book their seats during <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the Promotion Period via <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a booking form<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> released on YouTrip\u2019s Telegram channel <\/span><b>@<a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/youtripsg\">SGTravel+Lifestyle Hacks<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/youtripsg\"><b>Instagram<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> stories on the following dates and time:<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">16 April 2025, 2:00 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">21 April 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">28 April 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 May 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seats on the shuttle buses and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">time slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition:<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Participant may book only one (1) shuttle bus seat in one (1) time slot for each leg of the journey (Singapore to Johor Bahru and the return journey) during the Promotion Period.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To be eligible for the Promotion, Participants must book their seats in <\/span><b>both<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> legs of the journey (i.e. outbound journey from Singapore to Johor Bahru and the return journey from Johor Bahru to Singapore). <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Participant may only submit one booking form during the Promotion Period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion\u2019s booking form<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> will close on the following dates and time, or <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">when all time slots are fully redeemed, whichever comes first:<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">17 April 2025, 2:00 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">24 April 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 May 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">8 May 2025, 12:00 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To qualify for the Promotion <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(i.e. to be an \u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Awardee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the Participant must fulfil the following conditions:<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Complete and submit the Promotion\u2019s booking form <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">with accurate and complete personal details as requested, before the closing of the booking form, in accordance with Clause 2.4 above. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in the Participant being refused boarding. <\/span><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Provide an email address that is registered with YouTrip when completing the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Promotion\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">booking form.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardees will receive a submission confirmation email from YouTrip (<\/span><a href=\"mailto:youtrip.community@you.co\"><b>youtrip.community@you.co<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) after they have successfully submitted the Promotion booking form. This submission confirmation email is strictly non-transferable and must not be resold, forwarded, or otherwise shared. <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All submitted forms are subject to review and verification by YouTrip, and Participants will receive a follow-up email from <\/span><a href=\"mailto:community@you.co\"><b>community@you.co<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> if their submitted booking is found to be incomplete, invalid or if they are otherwise ineligible for the Promotion. If Participants do not receive such an email within two (2) days before their outbound journey departure date, their booking is considered confirmed.<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the event that a Participant replaces their YouTrip card after submitting the Promotion booking form, they are required to notify YouTrip at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:community@you.co\"><b>community@you.co<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Please note that a card replacement will result in a change to the Participant\u2019s Y-number. Failure to provide timely notice may affect the Participant\u2019s eligibility or access to the free bus rides.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rescheduling or cancellation of bookings is not permitted. In the event of a no-show, the booking shall be deemed forfeited and void. YouTrip reserves the right to assign any available or unfilled seats to walk-in Participants at the pick-up point at its sole discretion.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any Participant from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Promotion Mechanics<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Bus service information<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Bus services will operate on the following dates and times during the Promotion Period:<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">19 &#8211; 20 April 2025, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">26 &#8211; 27 April 2025, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">03 &#8211; 04 May 2025, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10 &#8211; 11 May 2025, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Singapore Time)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The appointed bus service operator is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtstravel.com.sg\/\"><b>WTS Travel &amp; Tours Pte. Ltd<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A total of four (4) buses, each with a seating capacity of 45 passengers each, will be available for booking in this Promotion. No standing on the bus is permitted, and only Eligible Awardees with confirmed seats will be permitted to board.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Bus services will operate on the following routes: <\/span><ol><li>Singapore to Johor Bahru: Pick-up point at Opp Kranji MRT bus stop (BS 45131), drop-off point at Mid Valley Southkey (North Entrance).<\/li><li>Johor Bahru to Singapore: Pick-up point at Mid Valley Southkey (North Entrance), drop-off point at Opp Kranji MRT bus stop (BS 45131).<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip is not liable for any bus delays or cancellations in the bus services provided by <\/span>WTS Travel &amp; Tours Pte. Ltd<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, including those caused by unforeseen traffic conditions.<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the event of delays, Eligible Awardees may contact <\/span><b>WTS Travel bus operations hotline @ +65 9672 6361<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for bus arrival\/delay information updates directly.<\/span><\/li><li>Cancellations, amendments or rescheduling requests for bookings will not be processed through this hotline.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardees must present their booking confirmation email, and the Y-Number on the back of their YouTrip cards to the bus captain or attendant for verification against the bus manifest. Failure to do so may result in denial of boarding. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardees must arrive at the designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled boarding time as indicated in their booking. YouTrip shall not be held responsible for any missed bookings resulting from late arrivals.<\/span><\/li><li>Eligible Awardees may only bring their child on board if the child can be seated on their lap or carried, without occupying a separate seat. Unfortunately, we\u2019re unable to reserve separate seats for children who are unable to sit on their parent\u2019s lap.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject, disqualify or cancel the booking of Participant in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\"><b>website<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b>Change of Terms and Termination<\/b><ol><li><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
