(\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<\/span><b>T&amp;Cs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Promotion Period<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion will be valid from 3 to 31 March 2025 (\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 30 April 2025.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Eligibility<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders (\u201c<\/span><b>Participant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must fulfil the following conditions:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Participant must be a first-time user of this overseas transfer feature.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Participant is required to complete at least one qualifying overseas transfer, and may complete up to two qualifying overseas transfers within the Promotion Period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each overseas transfer must have a minimum transaction amount of S$300 equivalent.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Except for any employees of YouTrip and its affiliates, each Participant who fulfils the conditions set out in clause 2.2 of\u00a0 2. Eligibility\u00a0 shall be an \u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Awardee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Cashback Reward (as defined below).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Cashback Reward<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<\/span><b>Cashback Reward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Eligible Awardee will receive S$5 cashback per qualifying overseas transfer, up to a maximum total cashback of S$10 for the first two qualifying overseas transfers.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Eligible Awardee is entitled to a maximum of S$10 cashback under this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Successful participation of the Promotion, i.e. meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2.2 of 2. Eligibility, does not guarantee the Participant a Cashback Reward due to the Cashback Reward quota.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward quota is limited to the first 6,240 qualifying overseas transfers completed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the Cashback Reward quota is fully redeemed, Eligible Awardees will not receive a Cashback Reward even if a qualifying overseas transfer is completed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward is subjected to limited redemptions, on a first-come first-served basis.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Transactions that are refunded, reversed, or otherwise cancelled will not count toward the minimum transfer requirement for the Cashback Reward.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to the Eligible Awardee&#8217;s YouTrip wallet by 30 April 2025 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0after YouTrip has verified the authenticity of their user details. YouTrip may contact the respective winners to carry out such verification<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, its affiliates and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we need to verify your identity, we will ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 4.1 of No Fraud or Violation of Terms.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Change of Terms and Termination<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Acceptance of Terms<\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
