style=\"font-size: 14px\">Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will commence from 21 January 2025 and will end on 26 January 2025 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 26 March 2025.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The YouTrip cardholder (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;) will be considered eligible for the Promotion if he\/she fulfils any of the following conditions to be an <strong>&#8220;Eligible Awardee&#8221;<\/strong>:<\/span><ol><li>The Participant who is an existing YouTrip user must fulfil all of the following conditions to stand a chance to win:<ol><li>The Participant must share their 2024 YouTrip replay on Instagram as a Story.<\/li><li>Follow YouTrip\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/youtripsg\/\">Instagram page @YouTripSG\u00a0<\/a>.<\/li><li>Tag @YouTripSG and use hashtag <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">#YTreplay <\/span>to be an Eligible Awardee.<\/li><li>Bonus chance: Comment on giveaway post on where you\u2019ll be travelling to with YouTrip&#8217;s best rates in 2025!<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"1\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">The Participant needs to set his\/her social media profile to public for the duration of Promotion Period.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Entries on Instagram that consist of reposts or repeated screenshots of the same YouTrip replay posted by the Participant will be deemed ineligible and will not be counted.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of following<b>\u00a0Reward<\/b>\u00a0(<b>&#8220;Reward&#8221;)<\/b>:<\/li><li>Three Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected by YouTrip on 26 February. All Eligible Awardees will be awarded the Reward by 26 March 2025.\u00a0<\/li><li>Three Eligible Awardee(s) will receive the following Reward: S$1,000 in YouTrip credits each in place of a 3D2N hotel stay.<\/li><li>YouTrip will reach out to Eligible Awardees by 26 February 2025 after user verification for awarding of the Reward.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><li>In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\">website<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Reward granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to rescind the Reward from an Eligible Awardee which was granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
