(\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<\/span><b>T&amp;Cs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Promotion Period<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion will be valid from 4 December 2024 to 31 December 2024 (\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 31 January 2025.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eligibility<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion is open to YouTrip account holders.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate in the Promotion, a YouTrip account holder must fulfil the following conditions:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click on the redemption button for the Promotion on the banner displayed on their YouTrip Perks page, prior to making the qualifying spend.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spend a minimum of S$300 in foreign currency equivalent using their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Except for any employees of YouTrip and its affiliates, each YouTrip account holder who fulfils the conditions set out in clause 2.2 above shall be an \u201c<\/span><b>Eligible Awardee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Reward (as defined below).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Cashback Reward<\/b><b><br \/><br \/><\/b><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<\/span><b>Cashback Reward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Eligible Awardee will receive a Cashback Reward of 5% of the S$300 minimum spend, capped at S$15.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Eligible Awardee\u2019s wallet can only redeem the Cashback Reward once.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward is subjected to limited redemptions, on a first-come first-served basis.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Successful participation of the Promotion, i.e. meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 2.2 above, does not guarantee the Participant a Cashback Reward due to the capped quota.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward quota is capped at 15,000 Eligible Awardees.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are the first 15,000 Eligible Awardees to hit the minimum spend, you will receive the Cashback Reward.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the Cashback Reward quota is fully redeemed, Eligible Awardees will not receive a Cashback Reward even if the minimum spend is hit.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Transactions that are refunded, reversed, or otherwise cancelled will not count toward the minimum spend requirement for the Cashback Reward.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip wallet by 31 January 2025.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward will only be credited to the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip wallet<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and cannot be assigned to any other YouTrip wallet, meaning only the Eligible Awardee that earned the Cashback Reward will receive the benefit.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip, its affiliates and representatives will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cashback Reward granted under this Promotion is strictly non-assignable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 4 above.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Change of Terms and Termination<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acceptance of Terms<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
