(\u201c<b>Promotion<\/b>\u201d) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and constitutes your contract with You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd, or its related subsidiaries and affiliates (\u201c<b>You Technologies<\/b>\u201d or \u201c<b>we<\/b>\u201d):<\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The promotion will be valid from\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">7 August<\/span>\u00a02018 to 30 June 2019 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Promotion Availability<ol><li>The promotion is limited to maximum 10 successful referrals by Referrer (as defined in the below). As such each Referrer is eligible for a maximum of S$100 rewards. No refund or additional rewards will be given for users making more than 10 successful referrals.<\/li><li>Referral rewards will be credited for successful referrals beyond 30 June 2019 for referral links generated during the Promotion Period.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li>To be eligible for the Promotion, the participant (\u201c<b>Eligible Participant<\/b>\u201d) should meet the follow conditions:<ol><li>For existing YouTrip user referring new user (\u201c<b>Referrer<\/b>\u201d), the user should:<ol><li>successfully register and activate YouTrip account;<\/li><li>obtain and share the personalized referral link (\u201c<b>Personalized Referral Link<\/b>\u201d) through YouTrip app to the referred user;<\/li><li>refer only new users who do not own a YouTrip account, or existing YouTrip users who have not made any SGD top up to the YouTrip account prior to the referral;<\/li><li>ensure the referred new users understand this Terms and Conditions including the Eligibility terms;<\/li><li>receive referral rewards only after first successful SGD top up by the referred new user.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>For user referred by the Referrer (\u201c<b>Referee<\/b>\u201d), the user should:<ol><li>for Referee who does not own a YouTrip account (\u201c<b>Qualified New User Referee<\/b>\u201d), successfully register and activate YouTrip account via the Personalized Referral Link. Then complete a successful SGD top up of a minimum of S$20 to the YouTrip account;<\/li><li>for Referee who already owns a YouTrip account (\u201c<b>Qualified Existing User Referee<\/b>\u201d), ensure that no SGD top up has been made to the YouTrip account prior to the referral. Then complete a first successful SGD top up of a minimum of S$20 via clicking on the Personalized Referral Link;<\/li><li>receive referral rewards only after first successful SGD top up.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Rewards and Prizes<ol><li>A referral reward of S$10 be rewarded to both the Referrer and Referee. The amount will be automatically credited to the YouTrip account balance for each successful referral, upon fulfilling the conditions in this Terms and Conditions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No fraud or violation of terms<ol><li>You Technologies reserves the right to reject or clawback the rewards granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by You Technologies, activities related to this Promotion. Such activities include but is not limited to fraudulent account details, account set up using third party\u2019s information without consent, and other malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No refunds and rights to clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Promotion is non-refundable in any forms including cash, and under any circumstances including YouTrip account closure, suspense, loss, and expiry. You Technologies reserves the right to deduct from the account balance of the user or request for reimbursement payment for the relevant awards granted due to fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate activities as described in Clause 5.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>You Technologies reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion or terminate this Promotion any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participant in this Promotion, the participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed this the terms and conditions stated herein.
