(\u201c<b>Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will commence from 26 September 2024 and will end on 4 October 2024 (<b>\u201cPromotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The announcement of the Reward (as defined below) will be on 17 October 2024.<\/span><\/li><li>The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 31 October 2024.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip user (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must complete and submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/form.typeform.com\/to\/kipsC9gD\">Typeform survey<\/a> to be considered an <strong>&#8220;Eligible Awardee&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">100 Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected by YouTrip on 17 October 2024 respectively. All Eligible Awardees will be awarded the Reward (as defined below) by 31 October 2024.\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">The 100 Eligible Awardee(s) will receive the following reward \u2013 A set of YouTrip travel-themed outfit (&#8220;<strong>Reward<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/li><li>Six Eligible Awardee(s), selected randomly from the above 100 Eligible Awardees, will also receive One Labubu v1 Blind Box (randomised box).<\/li><li>The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of the receiving the Reward.<\/li><li>If any Eligible Awardee fails to respond to the prize redemption email by the stipulated date and time, the Eligible Awardee is taken to have forfeited and irrevocably given up and waived all rights to claim the prize. The Eligible Awardee whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation from YouTrip, whether or not that Eligible Awardee has been notified of the forfeiture.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves all rights to decide on how to deal with unclaimed prizes and shall in any event not be obliged to select another Eligible Awardee.<\/li><li>This promotion is in no way sponsored, administered by, or associated with, Pop Mart, the original creator of Labubu, or its affiliates.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><li>Participants should only click on link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\">website<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim the Reward.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
