(\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201cCompany\u201d) which operates the YouTrip mobile wallet account services and payment cards (individually and collectively, \u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<\/span><b>T&amp;Cs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Promotion will run from 10 October 2024 to 8 December 2024 (\u201c<\/span><b>Promotion Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The announcement of the recipients of the Reward (as defined below) will be made by 23 December 2024 (\u201cAnnouncement Date\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be made by 5 January 2025.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To participate in the Promotion, a person\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">must fulfil the following conditions <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><b>Participant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A non-YouTrip account holder must successfully sign up for YouTrip with promo code during the Promotion Period.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An existing YouTrip user must make a minimum spend of S$500 with YouTrip during the Promotion Period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Employees of the Company and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Reward (as defined below). <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">T<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">he Company<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0shall have the sole discretion to disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Reward<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The total number of rewards available for distribution are as follows:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">50 pairs of return flight tickets to Tokyo, Japan (each pair a \u201c<\/span><b>Reward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) which shall be distributed as follows:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reward each will be given to 47 Participants. These Participants will be randomly selected by the Company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reward each will be given to 3 Participants participating in the Social Media Competition (details of which are set out below).<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each person given a Reward shall be an \u201cAwardee\u201d.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Company shall have sole discretion to determine the airline of the Reward and other redemption details.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All Rewards shall be redeemed through the Company\u2019s appointed travel partner. The Company will inform the Awardee of the contact details of its appointed travel partner and any other details of the Reward, such as permissible travel dates. It is <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the responsibility<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of the Awardee to contact the travel partner to redeem their Reward and conclude the booking within the redemption period. The Awardee shall abide by all applicable restrictions on the Reward, including any travel blackout dates.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The total value of the Reward (i.e. each pair of flight tickets) shall be capped at S$2,000. For clarity, the Awardee shall be bear all costs incurred above the value of the Reward (i.e. S$2,000). <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Company will directly inform the Awardees of the redemption period and travel blackout dates (if any) of the Rewards after the Announcement Date.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Social Media Competition<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants may additionally participate in a social media competition (\u201c<\/span><b>Social Media Competition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d). To take part, Participants are required to follow the participation instructions set out in the post pinned on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/youtripsg\/\">@YouTripSG Instagram account<\/a> that relates<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to the Promotion<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Company shall select 3 Participants participating in this Social Media Competition to receive a Reward each. The Company shall have the sole right and discretion to determine the Awardees of the Social Media Competition.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Receiving The Reward(s)<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All Rewards\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To receive their Reward, Awardees must consent to the Company\u2019s collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of identity verification.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Company will publicise the results of the Promotion <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">on its social media channels.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Company will notify Awardees via email with details on Reward redemption. The Awardees are responsible\u00a0 for checking their emails for such details.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Any Awardee who fails to respond to the Company\u2019s email on Reward redemption by the deadline stipulated in the email shall be deemed to have forfeited and irrevocably waived all rights to the Reward.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All Awardees whose Rewards have been unclaimed, unredeemed or forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation, regardless of whether the Awardee has been notified of their failure to claim or redeem, or the forfeiture, of the Reward. The Company shall have sole discretion to determine how all unclaimed, unredeemed and forfeited Rewards shall be handled.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Company shall not be liable to compensate any Awardee if they are unable to redeem or otherwise utilise the Reward for reasons not within the Company\u2019s control, including the Awardee\u2019s inability or failure to find or secure a booking on their desired travel date via the Company\u2019s appointed travel partner.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Other<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Company reserves the right to clawback or decline to award any Reward to an Awardee should there be fraudulent, dishonest or inappropriate conduct (as the Company may determine in its sole discretion) involved in such award.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Such conduct includes but is\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions. The Company\u2019s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion and Rewards shall be final, conclusive and binding.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Company and its representatives will never ask users to provide one-time passwords or their 16-digit YouTrip card number in full. If the Company or its representative(s) need to verify a user\u2019s identity, it\/they will ask for the Y-number on a user\u2019s YouTrip card instead. The Y-number is used for identification purposes only and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By participating in this Promotion, the Participant is\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
