font: 11.0px 'Helvetica Neue'; color: #000000; -webkit-text-stroke: #000000}<br \/>span.s1 {font-kerning: none}<br \/><\/style><\/p><p>YouTrip \u2018Anywhr e-Voucher&#8217; Giveaway (\u201c<b>Giveaway<\/b>\u201d) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and constitutes your contract with YouTrip (Singapore) Pte Ltd, or its related subsidiaries and affiliates (\u201c<b>YouTrip<\/b>\u201d):<\/p><ol><li>Campaign Period<ol><li>The Giveaway will be conducted from 12th July 2019 (10:00 SGT) to 26th July 2019 (23:59 SGT)\u00a0 (\u201c<b>Giveaway Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Winner selection period for the Reward will be from 27th July 2019 (00:00 SGT) to 28th June 2019 (23:59 SGT) (\u201c<b>Winner Selection<\/b><\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">\u00a0Period<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u201d). The draw will be conducted on a collated list of all contest submissions by electronic ballot. The Winners will be announced on @SGTravelHacks Telegram Channel (<span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">t.me\/SGtravelhacks<\/span>) by 29th July 2019 (23:59 SGT).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li>To be eligible for participation of the Giveaway, the Participant (\u201c<b>Eligible Participant<\/b>\u201d) should meet the following conditions:<ol><li>A Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally residing in the Republic of Singapore.<\/li><li>Employees of YouTrip and its affiliate agencies are not eligible for the redemption of Rewards associated to this Giveaway. YouTrip reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole discretion.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>To be eligible for the Reward, the Participant should meet the following conditions:<ol><li>Successfully completed all Giveaway submission requirements stated in the Giveaway Post: ( i ) Follow @SGTravelHacks Telegram channel (t.me\/SGtravelhacks) ; ( ii ) Invite two friends into the channel\u00a0 ; <br \/>( iii ) Record the invite with @SGTravelHacksBot (t.me\/SGtravelhacksbot).<\/li><li>Met all requirements as an Eligible Participant before Participating in the Giveaway.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Reward<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Five (5) Winners (&#8220;<b>Winner\/s<\/b>&#8220;) will be randomly selected through an electronic ballot during the Winner Selection Period.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Each Winner is entitled to receive one (1) Reward only, consisting of o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">ne (1) set of Anywhr (&#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal;\"><b>Partner<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;) e-Voucher worth SGD $188 (&#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal;\"><b>Reward<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;), valid through 31 December 2019.<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Reward can only be redeemed with a minimum spending of SGD $1,200 on Anywhr.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Reward cannot be combined with existing promotions, codes, or vouchers.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">YouTrip is not an agent of the Partner supplying the Reward and makes no representation as to the quality, performance of the Reward, and the services provided by the Partner. The Reward is subject to the Partner&#8217;s terms and conditions. Any dispute about quality, performance of the Reward, and services provided by the Partner must be resolved directly with the Partner.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No fraud or violation of terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by YouTrip, activities related to this Giveaway. Such activities include but is not limited to fraudulent account details, account set up using third party\u2019s information without consent, and other malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No refunds and rights to clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Giveaway is non-refundable in any forms including cash, or any other item and under any circumstances including YouTrip account closure, suspense, loss, and expiry. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct from the account balance of the user or request for reimbursement payment for the relevant awards granted due to fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate activities as described in Clause 4.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Giveaway or terminate this Giveaway any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Giveaway, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein.
