(\u201c<b>Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will commence from 20 March 2024 and will end on 10 April 2024 (<b>\u201cPromotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The announcement of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 10 May 2024.<\/span><\/li><li>The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 10 June 2024.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip user (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil all of the following conditions to be an <strong>&#8220;Eligible Awardee&#8221;<\/strong>:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li>Go to YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@youtripsg?lang=en\">TikTok&#8217;s page @YouTripSG <\/a>and follow us.<\/li><li>Like the pinned Post &amp; repost the video\/reel.<\/li><li>Post your travel videos on TikTok with YouTrip&#8217;s best rates.<\/li><li>The Participant needs to set his\/her TikTok profile to public &amp; tag @YouTripSG and use the hashtag #ytbestrates.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Two Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be randomly selected by YouTrip by 10 May 2024 and awarded the reward by 10 June 2024.\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">The Eligible Awardee(s) will receive the following Reward &#8211; A pair of Singapore Airlines Economy return direct flight ticket to anywhere.<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">The price of each Economy return direct flight ticket will be capped at S$2,000. If the price of the flight ticket exceeds S$2,000, the additional costs will be borne by the Eligible Awardee.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of the awarding of the Reward.<\/li><li>The Eligible Awardee must be one of the flying passengers and both the Eligible Awardee and partner must travel together on the entire itinerary.<\/li><li>Tickets cannot be transferred to another person nor rerouted to other destinations; open-dated ticket, open-jaw travel, and en-route stopovers are not permitted.<\/li><li>The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to set the redemption period of the Reward and all Rewards are subjected YouTrip&#8217;s blackout dates. This will be made known to the Eligible Awardee upon announcement and award of the Reward.<\/li><li>This promotion is in no way sponsored, or administered by, or associated with, Singapore Airlines.<\/li><li>If Eligible Awardee&#8217;s flight ticket destination is unredeemed\/unconfirmed by 22 June 2024 it will be deemed as forfeited.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><li>In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\">website<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
