‘Trip It To Win It Promotion
\n3 – 16 January 2024<\/h1>\n

Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

The ‘Trip It To Win It Promotion (\u201cPromotion<\/b>“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0(\u201cYouTrip\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs<\/strong>“).<\/p>\n

  1. Promotion Period\n
      \n
    1. The Promotion will be valid from 3 January to 16 January 2024 (\u201cPromotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li>\n
    2. The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 16 March 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Eligibility\n
        \n
      1. To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (\u201cParticipant<\/b>\u201c).<\/li>\n
      2. In addition, the Participant must fulfil the following condition to be an “Eligible Awardee<\/b>“:\n
          \n
        1. For Rewards (as defined below): <\/b>The Participant must click on the redemption button on the banner displayed on their YouTrip Perks page.\n
            \n
          1. \u00a0The Participant must spend and top any of the 3 following leaderboards with their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.\n
              \n
            1. Dining leaderboard: All in-store food & beverages will be tracked.\n
                \n
              1. Full list of tracked MCC codes can be found below: 9. Tracked MCC Codes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
              2. Online spend leaderboard: All e-commerce shopping will be tracked.<\/li>\n
              3. Shopping leaderboard: All in-store shopping, excluding food & beverages will be tracked.\n
                  \n

                2. All 3 leaderboards will be updated daily on weekdays from Monday to Friday at 3PM SGT on the main article<\/a>, YouTrip’s Instagram stories<\/a> & YouTrip’s main Telegram channel<\/a>.<\/li>\n
                3. Top-ups, refunded transactions and YouTrip Send will be excluded from tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                4. By clicking on the redemption button & participating, The Participant gives YouTrip consent to partially display The Participant’s name on our leaderboard updates.\n
                    \n
                  1. In the event the The Participant wants to remove themselves from the leaderboard, The Participant can email in to customer@you.co with subject line: Removal from ‘trip it to win it leaderboard – The Participant name<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  2. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below).<\/li>\n
                  3. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  4. Rewards<\/strong>\n
                      \n
                    1. This Promotion consists of the following “Rewards<\/b>“:\n
                        \n
                      1. A pair of return direct flight tickets to anywhere (3 pairs in total):\n
                          \n
                        1. The Eligible Awardee who spends and tops the respective leaderboards (based on the criteria above) will be selected on 16 January 2024, 11:59PM to win the Reward.<\/li>\n
                        2. Each return direct flight ticket will be capped at S$2,200.<\/li>\n
                        3. Three Eligible Awardee(s) will be announced by YouTrip by 16 March 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                        4. A mystery box worth over S$500 (12 in total):\n
                            \n
                          1. The Eligible Awardee who spends and are in position(s) 2 to 5 on the respective leaderboards (based on the criteria above) will be selected on 16 January 2024, 11:59PM to win the Reward.<\/li>\n
                          2. Twelve Eligible Awardee(s) will be announced by YouTrip by 16 March 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                          3. Cashback Reward of S$10 (100 in total):\n
                              \n
                            1. One hundred Eligible Awardee(s) (based on the criteria above) who spend minimally S$1,000 in any of the respective leaderboards will be randomly selected on 16 January 2024, 11:59PM to win the Cashback Reward.<\/li>\n
                            2. Each Eligible Awardee will receive Cashback Reward of S$10.<\/li>\n
                            3. The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee’s YouTrip wallet by 16 March 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                            4. Each Eligible Awardee can only be awarded a maximum of one Reward from one of the three leaderboards (based on the criteria above).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                            5. No Fraud or Violation of Terms\n
                                \n
                              1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li>\n
                              2. In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip’s App push notification or directly from YouTrip’s website<\/a>.<\/li>\n
                              3. YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                              4. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback\n
                                  \n
                                1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li>\n
                                2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 6 above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                3. Change of Terms and Termination\n
                                    \n
                                  1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                  2. Acceptance of Terms\n
                                      \n
                                    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:\n

                                      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy\u00a0<\/a>as disclosed in\u00a0www.you.co<\/a>.<\/li>\n
                                      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in www.you.co<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                      3. Governing Law\n
                                          \n
                                        1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
