&#8216;Trip It All Day Promotion (\u201c<b style=\"font-size: 14px\">Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will be valid from 6 December to 3 January 2024 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be by 3 March 2024.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (\u201c<b>Participant<\/b>\u201c).<\/span><\/li><li>In addition, the Participant must fulfil the following condition to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:<ol><li><b>For Cashback Rewards (as defined below): <\/b>The Participant must click on the redemption button on the banner displayed on their YouTrip Perks page.<ol><li><strong>For S$5 Cashback Reward (as defined below):<\/strong> The Participant must be one of the first 8,000 users to make 10 mobile contactless payments with their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>For S$2 Cashback Reward (as defined below):\u00a0<\/strong>The Participant must be one of the first 8,000 users to add their YouTrip card to Google Pay or Apple and make a mobile contactless payment during the Promotion Period.\u00a0<\/li><li>Payments have to be made via Google Pay or Apple Pay on the mobile phone.<\/li><li>Singapore&#8217;s public transport (Bus\/MRT) payments will be ineligible towards the count.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>The Participant will only be eligible via one payment method:<ol><li><strong>YouTrip physical or virtual card via Apple Pay:<\/strong> The Participant must add their YouTrip physical or virtual card to their Apple Wallet.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>YouTrip physical or virtual card via Google Pay:<\/strong> The Participant must add their YouTrip physical or virtual card to their Google Pay Wallet.\u00a0<\/li><li>Cashback Rewards cannot be stacked between physical and virtual card per Participant.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Cashback Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Cashback Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will receive a one-time Cashback Reward of up to S$7.<\/li><li>The Cashback Reward is subjected to limited redemptions, on a first-come first-served basis. The Reward quota is listed on the Promotion banner on the Participant&#8217;s YouTrip Perks page.<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li>Successful participation of Promotion does not guarantee the Participant a Cashback Reward.<\/li><li>Once the Reward quota is fully redeemed, the Eligible Awardee will not receive a Cashback Reward even if the Eligible Awardee uses Google Pay or Apple Pay for the first time or if 10 contactless mobile payments are completed.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee&#8217;s YouTrip wallet by 3 March 2024.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><li>In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\">website<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Cashback Reward granted under this Promotion is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
