CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p><p><b><i>What is a digital wallet<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A digital wallet is a payment solution on your digital device to which you can link your Card (as defined below) and thereafter, use that digital device to make payments, whether in-store or online, without having to present the physical Card. An example of a digital wallet would be Apple Pay.<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>Application of these terms and conditions<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These terms and conditions (\u201cDigital Wallet Terms of Use\u201d) apply when you add your YouTrip or YouBiz card (\u201cCard\u201d) issued by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (\u201cour\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cwe\u201d) to a digital wallet. These Digital Wallet Terms of Use are in addition to the general terms and conditions governing your use of the YouBiz and\/or YouTrip account, website, Card, customer service, mobile application and associated softwares (\u201cYouBiz Terms &amp; Conditions\u201d and \u201cYouTrip Terms &amp; Conditions\u201d, as the case may be). Please read them carefully.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, your use of a digital wallet is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant digital wallet provider.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Further, any transaction made under your Card will remain subject to other terms and conditions which may apply, e.g. the terms and conditions of Mastercard or Visa.<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>Rejecting these terms<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you don\u2019t agree to these Digital Wallet Terms of Use, please do not add or link your Card to a digital wallet; or if you have already added or linked your Card to a digital wallet, please go into the digital wallet application via your device and remove your Card.<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>Using your Card in the digital wallet<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Depending on the digital wallet provider, the use of your Card in the digital wallet may be subject to payment limits imposed by the digital wallet provider. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your use of the Card remains subject to the YouBiz Terms &amp; Conditions and\/or YouTrip Terms &amp; Conditions at all times.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>Keeping your information secure<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is important that you are aware of your responsibility to maintain the security and control of the devices (\u201cDevices\u201d) and all identification information, passwords, personal identification numbers (\u201cPIN\u201d), and other codes that you may use (collectively, the \u201cCredentials\u201d) to access your YouBiz and\/or YouTrip account, application, Card and related services as set out under YouBiz Terms &amp; Conditions and YouTrip Terms &amp; Conditions respectively. The same will apply to your use of your Card with your digital wallet.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your Devices or Credentials or any other breach of security.<\/span><\/p><p><b><i>Privacy<\/i><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please note that in addition to our Privacy Policy, your use of any digital wallet is also subject to that digital wallet provider\u2019s privacy policy.
