(&#8220;<b>DBS<\/b>&#8220;), Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (&#8220;<b>SCB<\/b>&#8220;), United Overseas Bank Limited (&#8220;<b>UOB<\/b>&#8220;) and Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch (&#8220;<b>DBSG<\/b>&#8220;) (collectively, the &#8220;Safeguarding Institutions&#8221;). In accordance with applicable safeguarding requirements, these accounts are kept separate from any account used to hold our own funds. All monies in these dedicated customer segregated accounts are held on trust by us for you and the Safeguarding Institutions will not be entitled to use such monies to repay any debts we may owe the Safeguarding Institutions.<\/li><li>As the trustee of the dedicated customer segregated accounts, where your monies are deposited together with the monies of other customers, rest assured that we are not able to use the monies held in such account to repay any debts we may owe to any other party. In the event of an insolvency, you will be able to make a claim for your funds from these dedicated customer segregated accounts.<\/li><li>For certain currencies, if you have converted any of your monies to such currencies as stored value in your Account, such monies shall be safeguarded by a guarantee given by the Safeguarding Institution(s).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><h6>General<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>Accepting our Terms.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>By using our website, physical or virtual payment card (each and collectively, the \u201c<strong>Card\u201d<\/strong>) or customer services, or by downloading or installing our mobile application (\u201c<strong>App<\/strong>\u201d) or any of our associated software (\u201c<strong>Software<\/strong>\u201d) (collectively, \u201c<strong>Services<\/strong>\u201d), you acknowledge that you\u2019ve read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein, which shall also include our Privacy Policy (available at:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/privacy-policy\/\">https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/privacy-policy\/<\/a>) (collectively, \u201c<strong>Terms<\/strong>\u201d), as well as any future amendments made to the Terms.<\/p><p><strong><em>Rejecting our Terms.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>If you don\u2019t agree to the Terms, please stop using the App, Services, any Card and our website.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Getting started<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>Sign-up process.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>You\u2019ll provide us with your contact number and email address, and agree to allow us to contact you through such email address and\/or contact number to assist you with setting up your account (\u201c<strong>Account<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p><p><strong><em>Your cooperation is required to set up your unique Account.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>We\u2019ll set up an Account for you that\u2019s unique to your contact number. During this process, we\u2019ll ask you to provide certain information that\u2019s necessary to complete the registration. As setting up your Account is the first step before you\u2019re able to use the App and Card, your cooperation is essential. For more information about activating your card, please refer to paragraph 9 below.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Getting to know you<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>We\u2019re required by law to carry out security and customer due diligence checks on you in order to provide any Services to you.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>You agree to cooperate with all requests made by us or any of our third party service providers in relation to your Account and\/or Card, to identify you, authenticate your identity, or validate your funding sources or transactions. We may close, suspend, or limit access to your Account and\/or the Services if we\u2019re unable to obtain or verify such information. You also agree to authorise us \u2013 directly or through our third party service providers \u2013 to make any enquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. Some examples include: asking for your date of birth, identification documents, biometric data or such other information to help us to identify you, and may also involve some assistance on your part, such as taking steps to confirm ownership of the contact number or payment instruments linked to your Account.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Accuracy of information<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>You\u2019re responsible for providing us with accurate information when using our Services.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>This includes but is not limited to any applicable payment information you\u2019re prompted to provide for a payment transaction, which includes payments and transfers made to and from your account. If we\u2019ve processed your payment request using the information you\u2019ve provided to us, it\u2019ll be considered correctly completed even if you\u2019ve made a mistake. You\u2019re solely responsible for any losses that occur as a result of any inaccurate information you\u2019ve provided.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Approved devices and platforms<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>Our App is intended to be used on mobile devices that run Apple or Android operating systems, our website or such other devices running operating systems approved by us.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>A number of our Services are delivered through your mobile device and computer. You must not use the Services on any operating system that has been modified or customised in any manner. You\u2019ll bear the sole responsibility for such unauthorised use of the Account, Services or Card, and be solely responsible for any losses that occur as a result.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Information security<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>Securing your Credentials.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>You\u2019re responsible for maintaining reasonable security and control of your mobile phone, all IDs, passwords, personal identification numbers (PINs), or any other codes that you may use to access the Services, Card and Account (\u201c<strong>Credentials<\/strong>\u201d). You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your Credentials or any other breach of security. You\u2019re also able to block your Card through the App at any time.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Using the Services<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>You agree that in respect of the Services and Account, you\u2019ll:<\/em><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>ensure that you\u2019ve sufficient balance in your Account before each payment transaction;<\/li><li>provide us with all necessary assistance to recover or rectify any unauthorised amount paid from or to your Account\u2019s available balance; and<\/li><li>at our request, top up your Account to rectify any negative balance.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><em>You agree <u>NOT<\/u> to carry out the following activities (\u201cRestricted Activities\u201d) through our website, Services, App, Card, Account or while interacting with us, other users of the Services (\u201cOther Users\u201d) or third parties:<\/em><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">use your Account for purposes other than personal purposes, including <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">business purposes. Should you require our products or services for <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">business purposes, please open a YouBiz account at <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">https:\/\/www.you.co\/biz\/;<\/span><\/li><li>use your Account to facilitate criminal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing and\/or unlicensed money lending;<\/li><li>allow other people to operate, access and\/or control your Account;<\/li><li>receive money from strangers, dubious sources, or other unverified sources (this includes but is not limited to facilitating top ups to your Account and\/or Card in such a manner);<\/li><li>use the Services and Card for any purpose for which it\u2019s not designed or intended, including purposes other than for the payment for goods and\/or services or making donations to locally registered charities;<\/li><li>infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy of YouTrip or any other third party;<\/li><li>act in a manner that\u2019s defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing;<\/li><li>provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;<\/li><li>use the Services to facilitate debt-collection;<\/li><li>instruct us to process on your behalf any transactions, which is in our reasonable opinion potentially fraudulent;<\/li><li>control an Account that\u2019s linked to another Account which has engaged in any of these Restricted Activities;<\/li><li>take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; facilitate any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information; use an anonymising proxy; use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our website without our prior written permission; or interfere or attempt to interfere with the Services;<\/li><li>take any action that may cause any system downtime to our internet service providers, payment processors, or other suppliers;<\/li><li>use the Services to make transactions for the primary purpose of earning rewards, perks, miles, points etc. with your credit card, debit card, or bank account (or help others to do so);<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use the Services to trade currencies for speculative purposes or for forex arbitrage or any other activity that we determine to be primarily for the purposes of profiting or otherwise making gains based on currency conversion rates;<\/span><\/li><li>circumvent any of our policies or determinations in respect of your Account, including but not limited to temporary or indefinite suspensions, limitations or restrictions, such as engaging in the following: attempt to create a new or additional Account when an Account has a negative balance or has been restricted, suspended or otherwise limited; create a new or additional Account using information that does not belong to you (e.g. name, address, email address, etc.); or use an Account that does not belong to you;<\/li><li>harass our employees, agents or Other Users;<\/li><li>breach the Terms, or any other agreement or policy that you may have agreed to with YouTrip, or its third party service providers;<\/li><li>violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation;<\/li><li>use the Services to purchase or sell, or to facilitate the purchase or sale of illegal goods or services;<\/li><li>\u201cDouble-dip\u201d during a dispute, chargeback, reversal or other investigation. \u201cDouble-dipping\u201d refers to intentionally or knowingly receiving or attempting to receive funds from both YouTrip and a merchant for the same transaction;<\/li><li>use the Services in a manner that\u2019s likely to result in or may result in complaints, disputes, reversals, chargebacks, fees, fines, penalties or other liabilities to YouTrip, Other Users, third parties or yourself;<\/li><li>use your Account or the Services in a manner that causes us or the relevant electronic funds transfer network to reasonably conclude that there\u2019s an abuse of the card system or a violation of any applicable electronic payment network rules, card association or network rules or applicable law;<\/li><li>maintain an Account with a negative balance for any prolonged period (which shall determined at our sole discretion); or<\/li><li>refuse to cooperate in an investigation or confirm your identity or any information you provide to us.<\/li><\/ul><p><em><strong>Freezing, closing, suspending or terminating your Account<\/strong>.<\/em><br \/>In the event that you\u2019ve carried out or attempted to carry out any of the Restricted Activities or transactions that\u00a0\u00a0we\u2019ve determined at our sole discretion to not be permitted under the Terms, we may take action at our sole discretion, to freeze, close, suspend or terminate your Account.<\/p><p><b><i>Reversal of Restricted Activities transactions.<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>In the event that you\u2019ve carried out or attempted to carry out any of the Restricted Activities or transactions that\u00a0we\u2019ve determined at our sole discretion to not be permitted under the Terms, we may take action at our sole discretion to reverse any transaction.\u00a0In such an event, you agree that you shall not hold us liable for any withholding of, delay in, suspension of or cancellation of, any payment transaction by or to you, and in the case of any use of the Services to trade currencies for speculative purposes or for forex arbitrage or any other activity that we determine to be primarily for the purposes of profiting or otherwise making gains based on currency conversion rates, you agree that you shall not hold us liable for any loss or disgorgement of gains made by you from such transactions.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><em>Sanctions Laws.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>We\u2019re committed to complying with sanctions laws and regulations (as may be amended from time to time) passed by Singapore, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union and the U.S. Department of the Treasury\u2019s Office of Foreign Assets Control as well as any applicable sanctions laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate (\u201c<strong>Sanctions Laws<\/strong>\u201d). Our customer acceptance policy is aligned with the Sanctions Laws and our risk appetite. By using your Account and the Services, you represent and warrant that at all times, you\u2019re not subject to Sanctions Laws and shall not use your Account or the Services for the benefit of sanctioned individuals, entities, countries or territories. We\u2019ll not hesitate to take necessary action, including reporting, rejecting and\/or blocking transactions, rejecting funds, closing accounts, terminating relationships that, at our sole discretion, appear to violate Sanctions Laws.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Our eSIM Service<\/h6><div><p><b>About the eSIM Service<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The eSIM Service provides mobile data connectivity delivered through our third-party telecommunications partners. Service availability, performance, and coverage depend on those third-party networks and may vary by location and time. We will use reasonable efforts to keep you informed of material service issues that we are aware of.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Eligibility and Device Compatibility<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are responsible for ensuring that your device is eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked, and compatible with the selected plan and destination. Plans may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any fair use or acceptable use rules that we or our upstream providers publish. We may suspend or terminate the eSIM Service if we reasonably suspect misuse or breach of these terms.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Plans, Activation and Expiry<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plan details, including included data, validity period, and destination coverage, will be shown at the point of purchase. A plan typically begins on activation or first use. If you transfer or reset your device, you may need to repurchase or reinstall the eSIM.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Pricing and Changes<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices for new purchases may be updated at any time. Prices you paid for a plan already purchased remain as at the time of purchase. Taxes and fees, if any, are shown at checkout.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Coverage and Network Performance<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The eSIM Service is provided on an &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available&#8221; basis. While we use reasonable efforts to provide the eSIM Service, we rely on third-party networks to deliver it. This means the actual service coverage and quality you experience are dependent on our third-party providers.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These providers may modify network coverage for technical or commercial reasons. Factors such as network outages, service degradations, or actions by roaming partners are outside our direct control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate information on any planned and unplanned outages that we are aware of.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Acceptable Use<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must not use the eSIM Service for unlawful, harmful, or improper purposes. You must follow reasonable instructions and any fair use or acceptable use policies that we publish from time to time for eSIM. We may suspend or terminate the eSIM Service for breach.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Cancellations and Refunds<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/esim-refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a> for more details <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to consider any refund requests that do not meet the criteria set out in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/esim-refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Fraud and Security<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may suspend or terminate the eSIM Service and take appropriate steps if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized use. You remain responsible for activity on your account.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Support and Escalation<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YouTrip provides front-line customer support for eSIM. We may escalate complex or platform-level issues to our upstream provider for investigation. Timeframes for resolving upstream network issues depend on the relevant network operator and may vary.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Data Protection and Privacy<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our upstream eSIM provider is not provided with, and does not access, end-user personal data from us for the provision of the eSIM Service. Only non-personal technical identifiers may be exchanged to operate and troubleshoot the service.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Disclaimers and Liability<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, the eSIM Service is provided as is and as available. We do not control the third-party telecommunications networks used to deliver service, and we are not responsible for interruptions or performance issues arising from those networks. Our liability for any losses or damages that you may incur arising from the use of the eSIM Service as a result of our breach or non-performance of our obligations shall not exceed the value of the eSIM that you have purchased from us or the actual direct losses or damages, whichever is lower. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, (both of which include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss) howsoever caused (including as a result of negligence).<\/span><\/p><p><b>Other Terms<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your use of the eSIM Service remains subject to the rest of our Terms, including governing law, dispute resolution, and general limitations of liability that apply to all YouTrip services.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Use of the Card<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>Activating your Card.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>You\u2019ll be issued a Card after your application has been approved. After you\u2019ve received your Card, you must, where applicable:<\/p><ul><li>activate your Account in the App within the stipulated time frame; and<\/li><li>sign the signature panel on the back of the Card immediately and keep the Card safe.<\/li><\/ul><p>We shall not be responsible\/liable to you for any discrepancy between the signature appearing on your Card and the corresponding sales slip or for any reason(s) your Card is not accepted. You acknowledge and agree that any discrepancy between the signature appearing on your Card and the corresponding sales slip shall not by itself be a ground for disputing the validity of the sales transaction.<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>Validity Period.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>Each Card shall be valid for the period (\u201c<strong>Validity Period<\/strong>\u201d) stated on that Card and shall expire on the first day of the following month indicated on the face of that Card. You agree and understand that the Validity Period may not be extended.<\/p><p><strong><em>Delivery of your Card.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>All Cards shall be delivered to the Singapore residential address stated in your application. Delivery to postal boxes shall not be accepted.<\/p><p><strong><em>Your use of the Card is subject to certain obligations and limits.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>You must:<\/p><ul><li>keep your Card safe;<\/li><li>ensure that your Account has sufficient balance to successfully carry out the intended transaction;<\/li><li>always remember to take your Card back after using it;<\/li><li>not allow any other person to use your Card;<\/li><li>not give your Card number and details to any unauthorised person; and<\/li><li>not leave your Card in an unattended wallet, purse or vehicle or anywhere where another person could remove your Card without being noticed.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><em>Replacing your Card.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>If your Card is lost, stolen, damaged or defaced, you may apply for a replacement Card from us. The card replacement and delivery fee is set out in paragraph 11 below. Any remaining stored value in the lost, stolen, damaged or defaced card shall only be transferred to the replacement Card. For replacement of damaged or defaced Cards, you may need to produce the damaged or defaced card. We\u2019re not responsible for any losses that occur as a result of your Card being lost or stolen.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Account closure and refunds<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>Unused stored value.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>You acknowledge and agree that upon expiry of your Card, you shall no longer be entitled to use any remaining stored value in the Account. If you wish to apply for a new Card or close your Account, you\u00a0can let us know at any time by emailing\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:customer@you.co\">customer@you.co<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong><em>Closing your Account.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>If you don\u2019t file for a refund within (30) thirty days from the expiry date of your Card, you shall be deemed to have abandoned your claim to the remaining stored value and no longer be entitled to claim the remaining stored value, and we shall have the right to deal with the remaining stored value at our sole discretion.<\/p><p><strong><em>Refund process.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>We encourage you to use up the stored value in your Account before closing your Account, as there\u2019s a refund processing fee, which is set out in paragraph 11 below. All refunds must fulfil the following conditions:<\/p><ul><li>you must instruct us to close your Account by submitting a validly completed refund application form; and<\/li><li>we\u2019re able to deduct a refund processing fee from the remaining stored value on your Account.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><em>No refunds where your Account has insufficient stored value.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>We\u2019ll only process refunds where the remaining stored value exceeds the refund processing fee and other promotional credits (e.g. any referral bonus) previously offered to you. You\u2019ll be notified of any unsuccessful refund if there\u2019s insufficient stored value in your Account.<\/p><p><strong><em>Receiving your refunds.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>The remaining stored value will be refunded or made available to you within (60) sixty days from the date we receive your validly completed refund application form. If you don\u2019t collect or effect your refund within (50) fifty days from the date the refund is made available, you shall be deemed to have abandoned your claim to the remaining stored value and shall no longer be entitled to the remaining stored value, and we shall have the right to deal with the remaining stored value at our sole discretion.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Fees<\/h6><div><ul data-stringify-type=\"unordered-list\" data-indent=\"0\" data-border=\"0\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Overseas Payment Transaction Fees:<\/b>\u00a0Free<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Currency Exchange Fees:<\/b>\u00a0Free<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Card Issuance &amp; Setup Fee:<\/b>\u00a0Free<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Annual Fee:<\/b>\u00a0Free<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Top Up Fee:<\/b>\u00a0Free<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">ATM Withdrawal Fee:\u00a0<\/b><i data-stringify-type=\"italic\"><br \/><\/i><i data-stringify-type=\"italic\">&#8211; <strong>First S$400 in equivalent foreign currency<\/strong> withdrawn per calendar month: <strong>Free<\/strong><br \/><\/i><i data-stringify-type=\"italic\">&#8211; Any amount withdrawn thereafter: 2% of the amount withdrawn<br \/><\/i><i data-stringify-type=\"italic\"><i data-stringify-type=\"italic\">&#8211; Note: The bank operating the ATM may impose a separate fee for ATM withdrawals, in addition to YouTrip\u2019s ATM Withdrawal Fee. YouTrip is not responsible for this fee. The amount of this fee will vary depending on the bank.<\/i><\/i><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Card Replacement &amp; Delivery Fee:<\/b>\u00a0S$10<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Refund Processing Fee:<\/b>\u00a0S$10<\/li><li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\"><i data-stringify-type=\"italic\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal;\" data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Overseas Transfer Fee: <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-style: normal;\" data-stringify-type=\"bold\">Depends the amount to be transferred.<\/span><i style=\"font-weight: inherit;\" data-stringify-type=\"italic\"><br \/><\/i><i style=\"font-weight: inherit;\" data-stringify-type=\"italic\"><i data-stringify-type=\"italic\">&#8211; Note: You will be shown this fee in the App before you confirm the Overseas Transfer Transaction.<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notwithstanding the fees set out above, we may at our sole discretion decide to reduce or waive the fees payable by you.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Transaction limits<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><ul><li><strong>Maximum Account Balance.<\/strong><br \/>Each YouTrip Account can hold up to S$20,000 at any time.<\/li><li><strong>Annual Top Up Limit.<\/strong><br \/>Each YouTrip Account has a top up limit of up to S$100,000 every 365 days, starting from your first top up.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Your Account balance<\/h6><p><strong><em>Reported balances and available funds are only approximate real time balances.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>While we endeavour to provide you with up-to-date information about your account balance as far as possible, balances and available funds reported through the Services are only approximate real time balances, not the settled balances, and may not include pending debits and credits.<\/p><p><em><b>No interest.<\/b><\/em><br \/>No interest will accrue or be payable to you in respect of the amounts standing to the credit of your YouTrip Account.<\/p><p><i><b>Withdrawals of Account balance<br \/><\/b><\/i>You may transfer any Transferable Balance (as defined below) in your Account: (i) within Singapore, to an account held locally with a bank specified by us, the full list of such banks being specified <a href=\"https:\/\/support.you.co\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/34205113452313\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>\u00a0or (ii) overseas to an account held with an overseas bank, digital wallet or payment system, each as made known to you in the App. The\u00a0\u201cTransferable Balance\u201d of an Account is defined as e-money funds transferred into such Account from a Paynow- or eGIRO-linked bank account.<\/p><p>You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transfer instructions, including transferee details, provided to us. We are not able to reverse any transfers of Account balance.<\/p><\/li><li><h6>Sending, spending or exchanging money<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>When you send, spend or exchange money, you acknowledge and agree that you\u2019re authorising us to execute each relevant transaction.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>After you have effected any transaction, you\u2019ll not be able to cancel the transaction, except as provided for by any applicable law.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Receipts<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>We provide you with a digital record for all transactions, accessible through the App.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>We don\u2019t provide you with any physical receipt or any other written confirmation in respect of your transactions. However if required, you may request for a separate periodic statement of your usage of Services\u00a0at any time by emailing\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:customer@you.co\">customer@you.co<\/a>. We also recommend that you ask for a copy of the receipt from each relevant merchant you\u2019ve transacted with.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Pre-authorisation<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold placed by a merchant on your Card, and reserves funds for a future payment transaction.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Such transactions are commonly carried out by hotels and car rental companies. The temporary hold may be for up to (30) thirty days and may be for an amount greater than the final bill. You\u2019ll not be able to spend this temporarily held sum during this period. We\u2019re not able to release such sum without the merchant\u2019s authorisation, and in some situations, the withheld sum may also include an additional 20% to cover taxes and service charge.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Fraudulent, illegal or criminal activity<\/h6><div><p><strong style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Suspension or termination of your Account and Card.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>We may suspend or terminate your Account and\/or Card if we suspect you\u2019re involved in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, terrorism financing or other criminal and\/or illegal activity or if we suspect you to be in breach of the Terms.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Reversal of payment transactions.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>We also have the right to suspend, or later reverse, the processing of any payment transaction if we suspect that the payment transaction involves any fraudulent activity, money laundering, terrorism financing or other criminal and\/or illegal activity or if we suspect you to be in breach of the Terms.\u00a0In such an event, you agree that you shall not hold us liable for any withholding of, delay in, suspension of or cancellation of, any payment by or to you.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Transactions<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>You\u2019re responsible for all transactions effected with your Account regardless of whether such activity is actually carried out or authorised by you.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>We shall be entitled to treat all use of or access to the Services, and any information, data, instructions or communications issued with your Account, as having been transmitted and validly issued by you, and you shall be bound by all such use and\/or access.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Your intended merchant or recipient has the right to choose to accept or decline any payment method.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>In the event a merchant or recipient does not accept the Card or Services as a valid payment method, we shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of the merchant or recipient\u2019s refusal to accept such payment. Any unclaimed, refunded or declined sums will be returned to you through the original payment method within 30 days of the date you initiated payment.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Transaction notifications.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>As part of our efforts to help secure your Account, you acknowledge and agree that we may provide you with notifications once every 24 hours for certain transactions performed with your Account. Please contact us immediately if any of such notified transactions were not conducted by you.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Liability for losses.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You shall be liable for all losses incurred as a result of unauthorised transactions if:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>you\u2019ve acted fraudulently;<\/li><li>you\u2019ve intentionally or negligently compromised the security of your Account; or<\/li><li>you\u2019ve compromised the security of your account by disclosing your Credentials to another person.<\/li><\/ul><p><em><strong>Theft and Loss of Card.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>In the event your card is lost or stolen, your liability for unauthorised card transactions relating to such loss or theft is limited to S$100 provided that:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>You lock your card within the App and call us at +65 6904 9334 immediately;<\/li><li>You cooperate with our investigations and assist us in recovery of the unauthorised charges incurred;<\/li><li>You provide any statutory declaration, police report, or other requested documentation that we may require from you; and<\/li><li>Upon our reasonable assessment, we are satisfied that the unauthorised card transaction(s) was \/ were not in part or wholly due to your fraud, negligence, recklessness, or a breach of our agreement with you.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Rectifying negative balance in your Account.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>You authorise us to, in the event that you fail to rectify any negative balance in your Account upon being notified by us, offset such negative balance at a time solely determined by us by (a) converting any other monies you hold in other currencies in your Account, or (b) initiating a payment transaction for the amount of the negative balance (or the equivalent in another currency) from the payment card stored on file to top up your Account.<\/p><p><b><i>Disputed Transactions<\/i><\/b><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" role=\"presentation\">In the event that you raise a transaction dispute or request a chargeback in <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" role=\"presentation\">accordance with paragraph 26, we may credit you the disputed sum on a provisional <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" role=\"presentation\">basis (\u201c<\/span><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Provisional Credit<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" role=\"presentation\">\u201d) prior to the resolution of your dispute or request. If <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" role=\"presentation\">your transaction dispute or chargeback request is unsuccessful, you acknowledge <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" role=\"presentation\">and agree that we have the sole discretion to reverse the relevant Provisional Credit transaction.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Exchange rates<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>Foreign Currency Transactions.<\/em><\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong>Apart from Singapore dollar transactions, the Card can also be used for transactions in other foreign currencies (\u201c<strong>Foreign Currency Transaction<\/strong>\u201d). If you make a Foreign Currency Transaction, we\u2019ll either settle such transaction in the relevant foreign currency, or such other foreign currency and\/or Singapore dollar balances as may be available in your Account. If such a transaction is settled using other foreign currency and\/or Singapore dollar balances, the applicable sums from such balances will be exchanged to the relevant foreign currency at the rate of exchange applicable at the relevant time of the transaction. Please note that exchange rates may vary from time to time. You may refer to the App for the latest exchange rates.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Liabilities after Account has been closed<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p>You may be liable for any obligations related to your Account even after it has been closed.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Limitation of liability<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p>Our liability for any losses or damages that you may incur arising from the use of the Card as a result of our breach or non-performance of our obligations under the Terms shall not exceed the stored value balance in your Account or the actual direct losses or damages, whichever is lower. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, (both of which include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss) howsoever caused (including as a result of negligence).<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Governing law &amp; jurisdiction<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p>The construction, validity and performance of the Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law and any claim or dispute arising out of or in relation to the Terms shall be subject to\u00a0\u00a0the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Internet delays<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>The Services, App and\/or Software may be subject to limitations, delays and other issues associated with using the internet and electronic communications<\/em><\/strong>.<br \/>This includes but is not limited to the device used by you or third party service providers being faulty, not connected, out of range, switched off or malfunctioning. We\u2019re not liable for any delays, delivery failures, damages or losses that occur as a result of these issues.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Communications and updates<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>We may notify you directly about new updates and communications through our app or the website.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>However, it\u2019s your responsibility to stay up to date by visiting our app or website personally from time to time.\u00a0You\u2019re also responsible for reviewing any notices to you and your transaction history, and to promptly report any questions, apparent errors, or unauthorised transactions. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may result in the loss of funds or important rights. In addition, we may at our sole discretion, implement forced updates of the App at any time.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Customer support<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>General enquiries.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>For general enquiries, please contact us through the in-App message support system or via <a href=\"mailto:customer@you.co\">customer@you.co<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong><em>Suspected fraudulent transactions or scams.<br \/><\/em><\/strong>If you suspect that you&#8217;ve been a victim of fraud or scam, or discover any erroneous or unauthorised transactions, please contact us immediately at <a href=\"mailto:fraud-reporting@you.co\">fraud-reporting@you.co<\/a>. You may also initiate a block on your Card through the App at any time.<\/p><p><strong><em>Transaction disputes or requests for chargeback.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Any transaction disputes or requests for chargeback are required to be raised through this <a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/203348333886462\">Cardholder Transaction Dispute &amp; Chargeback Form<\/a>.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Updating your contact information<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p><strong><em>It\u2019s your responsibility to keep your contact information up-to-date.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>If you\u2019re unable to receive electronic communications because your contact number or email address on our file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or for any other reason, we shall be deemed to have provided the relevant communication to you, and shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result.<\/p><p><strong><em>If your contact number or email address becomes invalid, we may at our sole discretion designate your Account as inactive.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>In such cases, you won\u2019t be able to use your Account until we receive a valid, working contact number or email address from you.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Waiver<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p>Our failure or delay in enforcing any of our rights under the Terms or applicable laws shall not be deemed to constitute a waiver of such right.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Third party rights<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p>A person who is not a party to the Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of the Terms.<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><h6>Amending the Terms<\/h6><div style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><p>We may amend any part of the Terms, or our policies relating to the Services, at any time, by posting the amended versions on our website at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\">https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/<\/a>. We may elect, at our sole discretion, to provide notice of such amendments to you through email or otherwise, but you shall remain responsible for checking for amended Terms and policies regularly. If you don\u2019t agree to any amended Terms or policies, you should initiate closure of your Account. Your continued use of your Account and\/or the Services shall be deemed to be your acceptance to the amended
