14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will commence from 12 June 2023 and will end on 12 July 2023 (<b>\u201cPromotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The announcement of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 12 August 2023.<\/span><\/li><li>The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 30 September 2023.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the user must be a YouTrip user (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil all of the following conditions to be an <strong>&#8220;Eligible Awardee&#8221;<\/strong>:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li>Go to YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/youtripsg\/\">Instagram page @YouTripSG <\/a>and follow us.<\/li><li>Like the pinned Instagram Post.<\/li><li>Screenshot &amp; share the best YouTrip rates you have experienced via Facebook or Instagram.<\/li><li>The Participant needs to set his\/her social media profile to public &amp; tag @YouTripSG and use the hashtag #BestRatesBoss.<\/li><li>The Participant who takes part in YouTrip&#8217;s Best Rates Boss contest can also share the best YouTrip rates on Lemon8, Tiktok, Youtube, Seedly, Hardwarezone Forum or Reddit.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">One Eligible Awardee (based on the criteria above) will be selected by YouTrip by 12 August 2023.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">The Eligible Awardee will receive the following Reward &#8211; 1 pair of Singapore Airlines Economy Class return flight tickets and S$5,000 YouTrip credits.<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li>The Singapore Airlines return flight tickets shall depart from Singapore to any Singapore Airlines destination and does not include domestic transfers.<\/li><li>Valid for travel on Singapore Airlines flights in the designated class (W class) only.<\/li><li>The Eligible Awardee will only be able to redeem the Reward once.<\/li><li>Flight tickets are valid for redemption by 30 April 2024.<\/li><li>The redemption of the flight tickets will always be subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance.<\/li><li>The Eligible Awardee must be one of the flying passengers and both the Eligible Awardee and partner must travel together on the entire itinerary.\u00a0<\/li><li>Tickets cannot be transferred to another person nor rerouted to other destinations; open-dated ticket, open-jaw travel, and en-route stopovers are not permitted.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>The Eligible Awardee must consent to data collection for the purpose of Reward.<\/li><li>Singapore Airlines tickets are subject to Singapore Airlines\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.singaporeair.com\/en_UK\/terms-conditions\/\">terms and conditions<\/a>. Please refer to Singapore Airlines\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.singaporeair.com\/en_UK\/sg\/home#\/book\/bookflight\">website<\/a> for full details<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to set the redemption period of the Reward and all Rewards are subjected YouTrip and Singapore Airlines&#8217;s blackout dates. This will be made known to the Eligible Awardee upon announcement and award of the Reward.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><li>In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/\">website<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
