(\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The awarding of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below) will be by 30 June 2023.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:<ol><li><b>For S$15 Cashback Reward (as defined below): <\/b>The Participant must register for the Promotion via the <a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/OVFoXVT5\">registration form<\/a>. The Participant must also be one of the first 500 users to spend a minimum of S$300 in Malaysian Ringgit with their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.<\/li><li><b>For S$18 Cashback Reward (as defined below): <\/b>The Participant must register for the Promotion via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/OVFoXVT5\">registration form<\/a>. The Participant must also be one of the first 200 users to spend a minimum of S$600 in Malaysian Ringgit with their YouTrip card\u00a0during the Promotion Period.<\/li><li>Spends will only be tracked over the four weekends in April 2023 as stated below:<ol><li><strong>7 &#8211; 9 April 2023<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>14 &#8211; 16 April 2023<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>21 &#8211; 23 April 2023<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>28 &#8211; 30 April 2023<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Cashback Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Cashback Rewards<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will receive a one-time Cashback Reward of either S$15 or S$18.\u00a0<\/li><li>The Cashback Reward is subjected to limited redemptions, on a first-come first-served basis.<ol><li>Successful participation of Promotion does not guarantee the Participant a Cashback Reward.<\/li><li>If you are the first few Participant(s) within our set Reward quota to hit the minimum spend of your Promotion, you will receive a Cashback Reward.<\/li><li>Once the Reward quota is fully redeemed, the Eligible Awardee will not receive a Cashback Reward even if the minimum spend is hit.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to Eligible Awardee&#8217;s YouTrip wallet by 30 June 2023.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><li>In light of fraud cases, the Participant should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/youtrip-perks-love-vday-2023\/\">website<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
