V-Day Community Contest (\u201c<b style=\"font-size: 14px\">Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will be valid from 13<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> February to 26 February 2023<\/span>\u00a0(\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Promotion Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 31 March 2023.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (&#8220;<strong>Participant<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:<ol><li>The Participant must pair with another YouTrip User and have all of YouTrip&#8217;s 4-Digit Lucky Numbers formed using the last 4 Digits of both their Y-Numbers on their YouTrip Card.<\/li><li>The Participant must also have submitted their details accurately in the registration <a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/YTlovesetmatch\">form,<\/a> found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/youtripsquad\">@YouTripSquad Telegram Group<\/a> under &#8220;pinned post&#8221; in the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/youtripsquad\/28170\">Love, Set Match!<\/a>&#8221; Topic from 13 Feb to 26 Feb 2023.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Promotion (as defined below).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Promotion Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each Pair of Eligible Awardees will receive <strong>S$500<\/strong> worth of <strong>YouTrip Credits. <\/strong>Each pair of Eligible Awardees&#8217; can receive a maximum of one Reward, as determined by the above criteria.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Reward will be automatically credited to each paired Eligible Awardees&#8217; YouTrip wallets by 31 March 2023.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Reward is not guaranteed for Participants who do not have all of YouTrip&#8217;s 4-Digit Lucky Numbers formed with their partner, or do not have an eligible partner (YouTrip User) present in their submission.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/span><\/li><li>In light of fraud cases, participants should only click on the registration link(s) from YouTrip&#8217;s App push notification, <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/youtripsquad\">@YouTripSquad Telegram Group<\/a> under &#8220;pinned post&#8221; in the &#8220;Love, Set Match!&#8221; Topic or directly from YouTrip&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/youtrip-perks-love-vday-2023\/\">website<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip will never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full. If we do need to verify your identity, we will typically ask for your Y-number instead. This is not your card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee, which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
