The YouTrip Telegram Invite Contest (\u201cPromotion<\/b>“) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span>(\u201c<\/span>YouTrip<\/span>\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs<\/strong>“).<\/span><\/p>

  1. Promotion Period<\/strong>
    1. The Promotion will be valid from 29 October to 6 November 2022<\/span> (\u201cPromotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li>
    2. The Promotion Reward (as defined below) will be credited by 5 December 2022.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    3. Eligibility<\/strong>
      1. All members of the public are welcomed to be a \u201c<\/span>Participant\u201d<\/b> in the Promotion. This includes existing YouTrip Users and Non-YouTrip Users. In addition, a Participant must fulfill the following condition to be an \u201c<\/span>Eligible Awardee<\/b>\u201c:<\/span>
        1. For Reward (as defined below):
          The Participant (existing YouTrip users and Non-YouTrip users) must have made at least one successful Telegram group invite on the YouTrip Squad Telegram group @youtripsquad, during the Promotion Period by using the \u201cAdd Members\u201d button located in the Telegram group\u2019s \u201cGroup Info\u201d. <\/span><\/b><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        2. The Reward will not be guaranteed for Participants that have joined the YouTrip\u2019s Telegram group\u00a0@youtripsquad<\/span><\/span>, but did not made any successful invites during the Promotion Period.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        3. Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Promotion (as defined below).<\/span><\/li>
        4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        5. Promotion Reward<\/span>
          1. This Promotion consists of the following “Reward<\/b>“:
            1. Each Eligible Awardee will receive SGD $50 worth of YouTrip Credits.<\/span><\/li>
            2. The Reward is limited to 20 Eligible Awardees only.<\/span><\/li>
            3. The Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip wallet by 5 December 2022.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
            4. No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/strong>
              1. YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
              2. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<\/strong>
                1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li>
                2. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                3. Change of Terms and Termination<\/strong>
                  1. YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                  2. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong>
                    1. By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs. The Participant shall also be deemed to have:<\/span>
                      1. Agreed to receive communications by YouTrip via email, phone, SMS, app notifications in accordance with our <\/span>Privacy Policy <\/span><\/a>as disclosed in <\/span>www.you.co<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>
                      2. Agreed and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of YouTrip as disclosed in <\/span>www.you.co<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                      3. Governing Law
                        1. These T&Cs shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                          Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)<\/b><\/h2>

                          1. How many winners can win in this contest reward?<\/b>
                          <\/b>Invite records are recorded on our database. 20 lucky inviters will be randomly selected to win the $50 contest prize each. Members with more Telegram invite records will have a higher chance of winning the prize. <\/span><\/p>

                          2. Will I stand a chance to win the contest reward if I just join the Telegram channel?<\/b>
                          <\/b>You will have to invite your friends and family to join the Telegram group\u00a0<\/span>@youtripsquad<\/span>\u00a0in order to stand a chance to win the contest reward. Simply joining the\u00a0<\/span>@youtripsquad<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Telegram group does not guarantee your eligibility to win the reward.<\/span><\/p>

                          3. How do I ensure my invites are qualified as an entry for the contest? <\/b>
                          <\/b>Make sure to i<\/span>nvite your friends and family via the \u201c+Add Members\u201d button located in the group info section within the\u00a0<\/span>@youtripsquad<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Telegram group.<\/span>

                          <\/span>How to qualify an invite: <\/span>
                          <\/span>1. Open the\u00a0<\/span>@youtripsquad<\/span>\u00a0Telegram Group Chat <\/span>
                          <\/span>2. Tap\/click the “YOUTRIP SQUAD” Group Name <\/span>
                          <\/span>3. Scroll down and tap\/click on the \u201c+ Add Members\u201d button<\/span>
                          <\/span>4.\u00a0 Add users by selecting contacts in your contacts list or search for a contact or username.<\/span>

                          <\/span>Your invite will then be qualified as an invite in our database.

                          <\/span>4. Can I invite people to join the group by copy-pasting the Telegram share link?<\/b>

                          <\/b>Both existing YouTrip Users and Non-YouTrip Users are welcomed to participate in this Telegram invite contest. Just remember to invite your friends and family to join the Telegram group to stand a chance to win the contest reward.<\/span><\/p>

                          6. When will I know the winners of the invite contest? <\/b>
                          <\/b>The winners of the invite contest will be announced on the @YouTripSquad Telegram group on the 7 November 2022, by 23:59.<\/span><\/p>

                          7. I am one of the winners of the contest. When will I receive my reward? <\/b>
