14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Event Period<ol><li>The Event sign up will commence from 16 September 2022 and will end on 18 September 2022. The Event will be held on 25 September 2022 (<b>\u201cEvent Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The announcement of the successful Participants for the Event (as defined below) will be by 20 September 2022.<\/span>\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To be eligible to participate in the Event, the user must be a YouTrip user (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an <strong>&#8220;Eligible Awardee&#8221;<\/strong>:<ol><li>The Participant must join YouTrip&#8217;s main Telegram channel &#8220;SG Travel+Lifestyle Hacks&#8221;.\u00a0<\/li><li>The Participant must be on of the first 30 to register for the Event via the <a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/PTouv0Wz\">registration form<\/a>.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right select the Eligible Awardees.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Event consists of the following &#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Eligible Awardee will only be entitled a maximum of two seats at the Event, and it is non-transferable.<\/span><\/li><li>The Eligible Awardee(s) will be competing with other Eligible Awardee(s) during the Event for the Reward(s).<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">The winning Eligible Awardee(s) will be awarded YouTrip Credits subjected to the discretion of YouTrip.\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Reward will be awarded to the Eligible Awardee by 28 October 2022.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
