Season 4 x YouBiz Giveaway (\u201c<b>Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will commence from 11 August 2022 and will end on 31 August 2022 (<b>\u201cPromotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The announcement of the Reward (as defined below) will be at the end of each week between 11 to 31 August 2022.<\/span><\/li><li>The award of the Reward (as defined below) will be by 15 October 2022.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To be eligible for the Promotion, the user must either be a new user who has completed a YouBiz application between 11 &#8211; 31 August 2022, or an existing YouBiz user who has referred a new user. (\u201c<\/span><b>Participant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c).<\/span><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an <strong>&#8220;Eligible Awardee&#8221;<\/strong>:<ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Participant must register for the Promotion via the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #800080\"><a style=\"color: #800080\" href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/JWsWhOTv\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">registration form<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"color: #800080\">.<\/span> Existing users must register their referral code before sharing with new users for sign up to be eligible for the Promotion.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Referees from Participants who are existing YouBiz users, must sign up for YouBiz between 11 &#8211; 31 August 2022, and spend a min of S$5 with their YouBiz card by 10 September 2022 to complete the referral.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Two Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will be selected on a weekly basis. One from Participants who are new YouBiz users and one from Participants who are existing YouBiz users with referral codes registered for the Promotion.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Eligible Awardees will each receive the following Reward \u2013 S$200 eCapitaVouchers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Reward will be credited to the Eligible Awardees by 15 October 2022.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
