14px\">Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will commence from 6 March 2022 and will end on 8 March 2022 (\u201c<strong>Promotion Period<\/strong>\u201d).<br \/>The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be by 5 April 2022.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the user must be a YouTrip user to take part in the Promotion (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:<ol><li><b>For Cashback Reward (as defined below): <\/b>The Participant must register for the Promotion via the <a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/nfcmXXFp\">registration form<\/a>. The Participant must spend a minimum of S$200 with their YouTrip card between 12PM and 11:59PM during the Promotion Period.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Cashback Reward<\/span><ol><li>This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">Cashback Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<ol><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria) above will be randomized to receive a 3%, 10% or 38% Cashback Reward daily, capped at 200 redemptions per day. Each Eligible Awardee can receive a maximum of one Cashback Reward, as determined by the above criteria.\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee&#8217;s YouTrip wallet by 5 April 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards.\u00a0<\/li><li>YouTrip users who refunded their Singapore Airlines flight tickets subsequently after booking will be subjected to clawback of Cashback rewards. For Singapore Airlines&#8217; Complimentary Flight Rebooking Policy, please refer to terms:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.singaporeair.com\/en_UK\/sg\/travel-info\/precautionary-measures\/covid19-information-centre\/complimentary-rebooking\/\">here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
