14px\">Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Promotion Period\n<ol>\n<li>The Promotion will commence from 24 January 2022 and will end on 6 February 2022 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The award of the Guaranteed Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be from 28 January 2022.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The YouTrip cardholder (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;) will be considered eligible for the Promotion if he fulfils either one of the following conditions:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li>&nbsp;The Participant must make fund transfers of any amount to 3 other registered YouTrip users via YouTrip Send.<\/li>\n<li>The Participant must make 1 fund transfer of any amount to another registered YouTrip user via YouTrip Send, <b>and<\/b>&nbsp;perform a transaction of any amount with their YouTrip card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:\n<ol>\n<li><b>For Guaranteed Cashback Reward: <\/b>A Participant will be considered an Eligible Awardee if they are one of the first 2,888 users to fulfil either of the conditions above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Guaranteed Cashback Reward<\/span><br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following <b>Guaranteed Cashback Reward<\/b>&nbsp;(<b>&#8220;Reward&#8221;)<\/b>:<br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Guaranteed Cashback Reward:<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Each Reward will be a randomised amount between S$0.88 and S$888, and will be credited to the Eligible Awardee&#8217;s YouTrip wallet within 7 working days of fulfilling all eligibility criteria.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><b>For the avoidance of doubt, <\/b>each Eligible Awardee is entitled to one Guaranteed Cashback Reward only.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback\n<ol>\n<li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Rewards.<\/li>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change of Terms and Termination\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
