The Participant must also be one of the first 1,000 users to perform at least one overseas in-store transaction in foreign currency with their YouTrip card during the Promotion Period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Cashback Reward<\/span><br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Cashback Rewards<\/b>&#8220;:<br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Eligible Awardees (based on the criteria above) will receive a one-time Cashback Reward, ranging between S$3 and S$100. Each Eligible Awardee can receive a maximum of one Cashback Reward, regardless of how many overseas in-store transactions were made during the Promotion Period.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to Eligible Awardees&#8217; YouTrip wallet by 7 January 2022.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Conduct of Draw\n<ol>\n<li>The draw for the Promotion will be on 5 January 2022, 12:00PM at the office of YouTrip located at 7 Teo Hong Road, Singapore 088324, or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by YouTrip. The Winner will be selected at random by YouTrip using a computerised system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback\n<ol>\n<li>Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards.<\/li>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change of Terms and Termination\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
