2021) (\u201c<b style=\"font-size: 14px\">Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Promotion Period\n<ol>\n<li>The Promotion will commence from 9 November 2021 and will end on 15 November 2021 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The award of the Bonus Cashback Rewards (as defined below) will be by 3 December 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the participant must be a current YouTrip card holder (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br><\/span><\/li>\n<li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:\n<ol>\n<li><b>For rewards via YouTrip Perks: <\/b>The Participant must&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">make a transaction with YouTrip at any merchant listed on the YouTrip Perks platform. Offer(s) must be redeemed by clicking through to the merchant website\/app from the YouTrip Perks platform, and transactions must be successfully tracked to the Participant&#8217;s YouTrip account in order to be eligible for the listed offer. The individual terms and conditions for each merchant&#8217;s offer listed can be viewed before redeeming the offer via the YouTrip Perks platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>For Bonus Cashback Rewards (as defined below):&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The Participant must register for the promotion via the <a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/hhWfdu2u\">Registration Form<\/a>. The Participant must either be one of the first 450 users to spend at least S$30 in total across any merchant(s) listed on YouTrip Perks during the Promotion Period, or one of the first 450 users to spend at least S$100 in total across any merchant(s) listed on YouTrip Perks during the Promotion Period. Transactions must be made with YouTrip after redeeming the respective offer(s) by clicking through to the merchant website\/app from the YouTrip Perks platform, and successfully tracked to the Participant&#8217;s YouTrip account in order to be eligible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Bonus Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Bonus Cashback Reward<\/span><br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Bonus<\/b>&nbsp;<b>Cashback Rewards<\/b>&#8220;:<br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardees who spend at least S$30 in total at merchants listed on YouTrip Perks (based on eligibility criteria above) during the Promotion Period will receive a one-time Bonus Cashback Reward of S$3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardees who spend at least S$100 in total at merchants listed on YouTrip Perks (based on eligibility criteria above) during the Promotion Period will receive a one-time Bonus Cashback Reward of S$11.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardees will receive only one of the above Bonus Cashback Rewards of either S$3 or S$11, based on the eligibility criteria.<br><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Bonus Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to Eligible Awardees&#8217; YouTrip wallet by 3 December 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback\n<ol>\n<li>Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards.<\/li>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change of Terms and Termination\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
