Australia Cashback on Groceries Promotion (\u201c<b style=\"font-size: 14px\">Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Promotion Period\n<ol>\n<li>The Promotion will commence from 27 October 2021 and will end on 2 November 2021 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be by 30 November 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the individual must be a YouTrip cardholder to participate in the Promotion (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;).<br><\/span><\/li>\n<li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:\n<ol>\n<li><b>For Cashback Reward (as defined below): <\/b>The Participant must make a qualifying spend at any of the selected brands (as defined below) within the Promotion Period.<\/li>\n<li><b style=\"font-style: inherit\">For Cashback at UK Grocery Stores: <\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The Participant must be one of the first 250 cardholders to make a transaction (either in-store or online) of at least \u00a310 at one of the following brands: Marks &amp; Spencer, Sainsbury&#8217;s, Waitrose<\/span><\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">For Cashback at Australia Grocery Stores:&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Participant must be one of the first 250 cardholders to make a transaction (either in-store or online) of at least $20 AUD at one of the following brands: Woolworths, Coles, Hanaromart<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Cashback Reward<\/span><br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Cashback Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardees will receive a one-time Cashback Reward of S$3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee&#8217;s YouTrip Singapore Dollar (SGD) wallet by 30 November 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback\n<ol>\n<li>Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards.<\/li>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change of Terms and Termination\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
