E-Commerce Survey&#8217; (\u201c<\/span><b>Survey<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d)&nbsp;is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (\u201c<\/span><b>T&amp;Cs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Survey Period<\/b>\n<ol>\n<li>The Survey will run from 15<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;to 20 July&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2021<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;(\u201c<\/span><b style=\"font-size: inherit\">Survey Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c).<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The selection of &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardees<\/b>&#8221; (as defined below) will be from 21 to 27 July 2021 (\u201c<b style=\"font-size: inherit\">Selection Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All Eligible Awardees will be notified of their Reward via email by 23 July&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2021<i>.<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Eligibility<\/b>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A &#8220;<\/span><b>Participant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8221; must fulfil the following conditions to be considered an <\/span>Eligible Awardee\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Successfully complete all response on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/N33ZA48Y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Survey<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Be a YouTrip cardholder.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of Rewards (as defined below) associated to this Survey.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Reward<\/b>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">Fifty (50)&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Eligible Awardees will be randomly selected through an electronic ballot during the Selection Period.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">A S$5 Reward will be credited to all Eligible Awardees&#8217; YouTrip wallets from 1 August onwards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/b>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback any Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<\/b>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of&nbsp; an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account. For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim the Reward.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to either seek reimbursement from an Eligible Awardee or (where the Reward is in the form of credits) deduct the relevant amount from the account balance of the Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by the Eligible Awardee as described in clause [4] above.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Change of Terms and Termination<\/b>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b style=\"font-size: inherit\">Acceptance of Term<\/b>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
