font: 11.0px 'Helvetica Neue'; color: #000000; -webkit-text-stroke: #000000}<br \/>span.s1 {font-kerning: none}<br \/><\/style><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will be valid from 11th April 2019 to 14th May 2019\u00a0 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li>To be eligible for the Promotion, an Eligible Participant (\u201c<b>Participant<\/b>\u201d) should meet the following conditions:<ol><li>\u00a0Successfully registered and activate a YouTrip account.<\/li><li>Complete a minimum top-up to the YouTrip account.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Have not successfully completed a transaction on operating public buses and\/ or trains in Singapore (&#8220;<b>Eligible Transaction<\/b>&#8220;) before the Promotion Period.<br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Is a Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally residing in the Republic of Singapore.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>To be eligible to receive the Promotion Reward (&#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;), the Participant (&#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;) should meet the following conditions:<ol><li>Be among the first two-thousand (2,000) YouTrip users to successfully complete their first Eligible Transaction within the Promotion Period.<\/li><li>Met all requirements as a Participant before participating in the Promotion.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Reward<ol><li>The Reward is applicable for only one (1) Eligible Transaction. A Reward of S$3 only will be credited to the YouTrip account balance of all Participants within thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period. Each Eligible Awardee is entitled to receive one (1) Reward only.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/b><ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Rewards granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by YouTrip activities related to this Promotion. Such activities include but is not limited to fraudulent account details, account set up using third party\u2019s information without consent, and other malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No refunds and rights to clawback<ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol>Rewards granted under this Promotion is non-refundable in any forms including cash, and under any circumstances including YouTrip account closure, suspense, loss, and expiry. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct from the account balance of the user or request for reimbursement payment for the relevant awards granted due to fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate activities as described in Clause 4.<\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">YouTrip reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion or terminate this Promotion any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">By participating in this Contest, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein.
