font: 11.0px 'Helvetica Neue'; color: #000000; -webkit-text-stroke: #000000}<br \/>span.s1 {font-kerning: none}<br \/><\/style><\/p><p>YouTrip \u2018Q&amp;A\u2019 Facebook Contest (\u201c<b>Contest<\/b>\u201d) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and constitutes your contract with You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd, or its related subsidiaries and affiliates (\u201c<b>You Technologies<\/b>\u201d or \u201c<b>We<\/b>\u201d):<\/p><ol><li>Campaign Period<ol><li>The Contest will be conducted from 1st April 2019 (12:00 SGT) to 8th June 2019 (23:59 SGT)\u00a0 (\u201c<b>Contest Period<\/b>\u201d).\u00a0<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The Winner selection period for the Reward is every Saturday, commencing from 6th April 2019 (00:00 SGT) to 8th June 2019 (23:59 SGT) (\u201c<b>Winner Selection<\/b><\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">\u00a0Period<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u201d). The draw will be conducted on a collated list of all contest submissions by electronic ballot.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Mechanics<ol><li>Ten frequently asked questions will be posted every Monday, commencing from 1st April 2019 (12:00 SGT) to 3rd June 2019 (12:00 SGT).\u00a0<\/li><li>Participants would submit their answers as comments to Monday&#8217;s Q&amp;A FB post. These are considered contest submissions.<\/li><li>The Winner announcement period for the Reward will be every Saturday, from 6th April 2019 (00:00 SGT) to 8th June 2019 (12:00 SGT) (\u201c<b>Winner Selection<\/b><b>\u00a0Period<\/b>\u201d). The draw will be conducted based on a collated list of all contest submissions by electronic ballot. The Winners will be announced as a comment to Saturday&#8217;s Facebook Contest Post by the following Monday (12:00 SGT) of each weekly contest, up till 10th June 2019 (23:59 SGT).<\/li><li>Answers to the question posed every Monday during the Campaign Period will be revealed every Saturday, commencing from 6th April 2019 (12:00 SGT) to 8th June 2019 (12:00 SGT).<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>\u00a0Eligibility<ol><li>To be eligible for participation of the Contest, the Participant (\u201c<b>Eligible Participant<\/b>\u201d) should meet the following conditions:<ol><li>A Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally residing in the Republic of Singapore.<\/li><li>Employees of You Technologies and its affiliate agencies are not eligible for the redemption of Rewards associated to this Contest. You Technologies reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole discretion.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>To be eligible for the Reward, the Participant should meet the following conditions:<ol><li>Successfully completed all Contest submission requirements stated in the Facebook Contest Post: ( i ) Comment with your desired budget vacation destination; ( ii ) Tag Two (2) Facebook friends to include in the Contest.\u00a0<\/li><li>Successfully register for a YouTrip account before the end of the Contest Period.\u00a0<\/li><li>Met all requirements as an Eligible Participant before Participating in the Contest.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Reward<ol><li>A Reward of S$20 will be credited to each of the the selected winners of Three (3) YouTrip accounts every week of the contest period, up to a total of 10 Q&amp;A contest weeks:<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No fraud or violation of terms<ol><li>You Technologies reserves the right to reject or clawback the Rewards granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by You Technologies, activities related to this Contest. Such activities include but is not limited to fraudulent account details, account set up using third party\u2019s information without consent, and other malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No refunds and rights to clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Contest is non-refundable in any forms including cash, and under any circumstances including YouTrip account closure, suspense, loss, and expiry. You Technologies reserves the right to deduct from the account balance of the user or request for reimbursement payment for the relevant awards granted due to fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate activities as described in Clause 4.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>You Technologies reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Contest or terminate this Contest any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Contest, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein.
