(\u201c<b>Campaign<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Campaign Period\n<ol>\n<li>The Campaign will run from 27 April to 3 May 2021 (\u201c<b>Campaign Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The selection of the <b>Winner&nbsp;<\/b>(as defined below) will be from 3 to 10 May 2021 (&#8220;<b>Selection Period<\/b>&#8220;).&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b>Winner<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;of the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b>Reward<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\"> (as defined below) will be notified from 10 May 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility\n<ol>\n<li>To qualify for eligibility, a &#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8221; must fulfil the following conditions:\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Hold an existing YouTrip account.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Like YouTrip&#8217;s Instagram (@YouTripSG) post on the <b>Campaign<\/b>, and register to participate in the <b>Campaign<\/b>&nbsp;before 3 May 2021.<\/li>\n<li>Make at least one successful referral under the YouTrip Referral Programme during the <b>Campaign Period.<\/b>&nbsp;A referral is considered successful when an individual signs up for a new YouTrip account using the <b>Participant&#8217;s <\/b>personalised referral link generated in the YouTrip app by 3 May 2021.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Rewards<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Campaign.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Campaign consists of one (1) type of &#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">The<b> Participant <\/b>who makes the most number of successful referrals during the <b>Campaign Period&nbsp;<\/b>will be selected as the <b>Winner<\/b>, and will&nbsp;receive a purple iPhone 12 as a <b>Reward<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Only one Participant will be selected as a Winner, and is limited to one (1) Reward.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 14px\">YouTrip has the right to determine all eligible Participants and Winner.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but&nbsp; are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback\n<ol>\n<li>Rewards granted under this Campaign are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Rewards.<\/li>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change of Terms and Termination\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>By participating in this Campaign, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
