data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The YouTrip Referral Programme (\u201c<b>Promotion<\/b>\u201d) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (<b>&#8220;YouTrip&#8221;<\/b>), and is subject to these Terms and Conditions (T&amp;Cs):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Promotion Period\n<ol>\n<li>The promotion will commence from 30 March 2021&nbsp;(\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility\n<ol>\n<li>To be eligible for the Promotion and Promotion Rewards (as defined below), the participant (\u201c<b>Eligible Participant<\/b>\u201d) must meet the follow conditions:\n<ol>\n<li>For existing YouTrip users making a referral (\u201c<b>Referrer<\/b>\u201d), the user must:\n<ol>\n<li>have registered and activated their YouTrip account prior to making a referral;<\/li>\n<li>be using version 3.20.1 and beyond of the YouTrip app to obtain and share their personalised referral link generated in the app;<\/li>\n<li>refer only individuals who currently do not own a YouTrip account, and have not signed up for YouTrip before;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">ensure that referred individuals sign up by clicking through the personalised referral link within 90 days of obtaining the link from the YouTrip app;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">ensure that referred individuals activate their account and make a top-up of any amount;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>For individuals signing up through a referral (\u201c<b>Referee<\/b>\u201d), the user must:\n<ol>\n<li>not be an existing user nor signed up for YouTrip before;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">sign up via a personalised referral link shared by a Referrer, within 90 days of the Referrer obtaining the link;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">complete their registration, activate their account and make a successful top-up of any amount to their YouTrip account;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Rewards\n<ol>\n<li>A referral reward of S$5 will be awarded to both Referrer and Referee upon completion of all Eligibility criteria. The amount will be automatically credited to their YouTrip account balance, upon fulfilling the conditions in this Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<li>A one-time reward of S$50 will be awarded to the Referrer upon completing 10 successful referrals, where a successful referral is defined in the Eligibility criteria.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b>9.9 Upsized Referral Rewards:&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Users who have successfully registered for the 9.9 Upsized Referral Rewards promotion will be awarded bonus rewards on up to 3 referrals made between 9 and 13 September 2021, where their personal referral link has been confirmed and used as part of a completed sign-up. Registered users will be awarded a bonus reward of S$4 for each sign-up using their referral link that is completed by 13 September 2021. Both referrers and referees will continue to be awarded S$5 upon fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the existing YouTrip Referral Programme. Bonus rewards will be credited to the eligible users&#8217; YouTrip wallets by 30 September 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b>18\/9 &#8211; 22\/9 Upsized Referral Promotion:<\/b>&nbsp;Selected u<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">sers who have been notified by YouTrip on this promotion will be eligible for bonus rewards on referrals made between 18 and 22 September 2021. Users who have been notified by YouTrip must also successfully register for the promotion. Registered eligible users will be awarded bonus rewards on up to 3 referrals made between 18 and 22 September 2021, where their personal referral link has been confirmed and used as part of a completed sign-up. Registered eligible users will be awarded a bonus reward of S$5 for each sign-up using their referral link that is completed by 22 September 2021. Up to 3 referees per referrer will also be eligible for an additional S$5 reward upon activating their account. Both referrers and referees will continue to be awarded S$5 upon fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the existing YouTrip Referral Programme. Bonus rewards will be credited to the eligible users&#8217; YouTrip wallets by 8 October 2021.<\/span><br><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No fraud or violation of terms\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Participant in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but&nbsp; are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>No refunds and rights to clawback\n<ol>\n<li>Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Participant&#8217;s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Rewards.<\/li>\n<li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Participant which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Participant as described in clause 5 above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Change of Terms and Termination\n<ol>\n<li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance of Terms\n<ol>\n<li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
